For the engagement photos, my husband wanted a rustic field look...we gave Blendi a google pin drop location, and she had went a few days before to scope out the land and figure out the best photo spaces. The day of the engagement photo shoot, she was on time, professional, and fun. I absolutely hate taking pictures but with her, she made it feel so relaxing. The end result was beautiful. She sent us a booklet of pictures and a USB drive of all the originals (touched up). For the wedding, Blendi and Laurent (sp?) were amazing. I just received my photos back and they were able to make magic. I had some issues with my family members and Blendi was willing to play "bad guy" in order to get the shots that I wanted. Among thirty other photographers from Ventura county as well as Orange County, I decided she was the best suited for my fiancé and me. She will try her best to work with you to create a customized package you are happy with. Her prices are reasonable and competitive. Plus, my wedding will be in Fullerton, CA and she agreed to travel there to shoot it. Alyssa's also great at corresponding to emails and will usually reply to your emails within 24 hrs, give or take. Her vision is very modern, candid, and artsy. She's great with lighting and has a very unique vision. She literally can turn brick walls and plain grassy patch into a vision of art and beauty. I would say her style is very nature based. Her turn around time seems pretty fast as well. I believe it's 4 weeks (or shorter!) for engagements and 8 weeks (or shorter hopefully!) for weddings. I asked for my pup to be in a couple of the pictures with us and Alyssa was happy to do so. She was patient with my dog who took some time to settle down and was happy to hold treats in her hand if she needed to. Either way, I'm happy with her work so far. He's so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable on the day of our wedding. He had a vision for some epic sunset videos and captured them perfectly even though he had only a few minutes before the sun went down. He edited our video so beautifully and he was quick to make minor edits on our final videos based on our feedback.
