This was my first time there and I needed a tooth extracted. In & out in an hour is unheard of. I hate the dentist & have terrible experiences but this was the best dentist visit I've ever had. Chelsea took my X-rays and helped the doctor (I can't remember his name) but they were all phenomenal. I'll never go to another dentist I highly recommend!

From a child, I regularly went to the dentist every six months. My family had been going to Art City Dental, and decided we needed a change (another review). I tried out Platinum Dental in Mapleton, but wasn't 100%. With a lot of people recommending Cascade, I decided to give them a try. First opinion was going there with my mother the first time. The office is clean, smells good, and very professional. There is a really cool tree house play area for the children, and the receptionists are very quick and easy to work with. *if you want to make an apt, I recommend calling and not doing it online because the locations can be mixed up easily* I made an apt for the Springville location for my 6 month regular cleaning. They roomed me fairly quickly and listened to my explanation of certain things in my mouth and what to be careful of. They have TV's above that you can watch while you get service, (I watched Friends) and they also have massage chairs! The massage chairs were absolutely wonderful, but the chair I was in shorted out after about 12 minutes and I wish it would have stayed on! *my bad for not mentioning it to the nurse though) The cleaning was painless and the nurse was quick and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and when, which I appreciated. When I was done with my cleaning, I waited about 30 minutes for the DR to come see me, but I was aware this would happen because when I first checked in they told me one of the doctors called in sick and there was only one on. I was very appreciative of the communication. When the Dr actually came in, I LOVED his *chair* side manner. He talked about every single one of my issues, was kind, and knew his stuff. I 1000% will be back, and I think I have finally found a dentist I can stick with for a very long time.

I hardly leave reviews, but I do when I have good experiences. I was recommended to come here by a…read morefriend who lives locally. I had issues with my prior two places I visited because of shady billing practices and poor quality of work. Everything was different at this place. First of, parking was conveniently right beside the office. I didn't have to wait long to get seen in the morning (w/ appointment). Inside, the place looked so clean it almost looked like a weird movie set, but I guess I'm just used to smaller whole in the wall shady dental offices. I was coming in for a cleaning and was advised on other things I needed to get done. The hygienist, I believe was Morgan, was really thorough and I experienced almost no pain (opted for no local anesthetic cause I'm good with minor pain). By far best cleaning experience (if your pain tolerance sucks, don't be a hero and take the anesthetic though). Unlike other places, they didn't attempt to shove procedures down my throat. I felt very comfortable so I decided to forego on the other needed procedures with two wisdom teeth extractions. The next day, Dr Perkins performed the extractions beautifully. No pain. No discomfort and I had minimal recovery time. I was fully advised on the plan and costs which is perhaps what I liked most. They made sure my insurance paid for everything it could and leave less out of pocket cost for me. I was also able to get proof of my insurance coverage and billing details requested from my insurance, which gave me more comfort and trust and was something I was not able to get at my previous dental place. I will be coming back here whenever I'm in town. Whenever you find a good place, you have to stick with it. My only regret, is not picking up some candy on my way out.
