Dr Mitzuba and his wife runs the business.
I feel he does want to help on some level, but his wife pushes for getting the most of a patient's money. And don't like dr Mitzuba to spend extra time with his patients
I had a concussion and was Recommanded to find hyperbaric oxygen therapy by my dr in honolulu.
I went to dr Mitzuba and started a few of their package of hyperbaric therapy
They later Recommanded me to get my own hyperbaric at home since I can use it more often and it will come out more cost effective for me and my dogs.
And he promised and reassured us what he sells us is not hard to resell. Once my concussion is better, I can resell it with no problem. And he will help us sell it.
They also said I can use it for my dogs if they don't feel well. And just put my dog in with me.
My concussion is much better and I am trying to sell it, and since they had told us they would help us resell it and it won't be any problems with others wanting to buy it , I called them, my husband went into the office and had an appointment with dr Mitzuba, paid for the appt and told him to please help us sell it . He always says ok, no problem.
over 6 months plus, no respond from them
And I try to contact them about it, they said of course we will help you sell it
We know people that want to buy it
We waited , no response at all after that
I follow up and asked, no response
I then had a person interested in buying it for her dogs to use
That is when she told me , for dogs, you are suppose to get a oxygen mask for dogs to go in and you can trust buy it anywhere
You need a liscense vet that will get it for you
So I contacted dr mitzuba, and asked how come they didn't tell me I need a oxygen mask for my dogs to use ? And how do I get one? Since this person is interested?
Why did the dr told me many times to use it for my dogs without a oxygen mask?
No response , months go by , no response
They are a scam and just want to take your money.
I am sure dr Mitzuba has good intentions to help in the beginning
But as time went on, it seems the problem is always his wife and she is money grabby and very rude in her attitude to patients and gives off the attitude she don't care , it's just a business for money to her.
It's your problem once's you paid them
They don't even respond and have no caring attitude when we keep trying to engage with them for help
We didn't even mind if we had to make appt for my husband to go in and pay for appt to get help.
Now adays it's very hard to find dr that sincerely want to help and not just into money
On the surface dr Mitzuba seem to want to help
But after all the facts and repeated tries to get help from them with what they promised to help us sell the hyperbaric that they sold us and talked us into getting
They are not trust worthy, reliable or keep promises that if we buy an expensive unit from them that it will be no problem re selling it and they would help.
So disappointing with him and his wife.
As a dr, I think he should let people know if he doesn't know something or if he is not able to do something and not promise empty promise just so he can unload his older version of the hyperbaric chamber to someone else and get a new one and then forget he had said he would help sell it after the patient don't need it anymore.
He should buy it back himself or find someone to buy it like he had promised.
And apparently he really didn't know when he told me to Sue it for my dogs without a oxygen mask
I am just glad I didn't use it on my dogs and hurt my dogs because of his lack of knowledge and Insist on saying he know it all about hyperbaric.
People get away with scams and hurting others because there is no consequences when they choose to just do whatever to unload their stuff on someone else and make as much money as possible because patients are vulnerable and expect dr to know and have authority over healing and is moral and just.
