Dr. Feit and his staff are great. I trusted him to perform bunion removal on both my feet. He and the staff are easy to talk to and they always accommodate my scheduling requests. Both my surgeries have been a success. I would recommend Dr. Feit to take care of your surgical needs read more

Dr.Feit spends little time with you and does not seem to really know what is going on with your specific situation. The last two times I have been in, he did not have my MRI information stating the internet was down and he was not able to pull it up. I pushed to have my foot casted and now it's been over two weeks and my insurance has not approved it. I don't feel like he can really know what's going on with you as he rushes you through. read more

I had a toe joint implant done with Dr. Feit. Best idea. I was very hesitant. In fact, I waited too long. The surgery was a breeze and the recovery very doable. I am still in disbelief about the technology. Dr. Feit was fantastic. From beginning to end his office and he were professional, kind, thorough, and in total command. I see Dr. Feit in the next day or two for my last appointment. Very excited to get the final sign off. Already walking in my sneakers. Loving that I am bionic. The only thing that could make it better is if he pronounced his name like feet. Truly, he is a talented and friendly doctor. Definitely recommend. read more

Dr.Feit is caring and compassionate. Dr. Feit was the third dermatologist I had gone to , as the prior ones could not figure out what I had. Starting from my first appt he thoroughly explained his plan of treatment and what courses of medication he'd prescribe. Dr. Feit took the time to explain all the possibilities and answered my questions. I am so happy as I am now free of a terrible rash I had for almost 1 year. And, I am so appreciative of the Dr. Feit's expertise as a Dr. of Dermatology. I would highly recommend Dr. Feit at Southshore Dermatology, either in his Oceanside office or Levittown office read more

Dr Feit is a very knowledgeable, caring doctor. I had an excellent experience during my treatment of Morton's neuroma removal, he explained to me all the process of the surgery , pre and post care as well, I had this issue for about 2 years before my surgery was done and finally I'm back to my active life , still healing but improving every day. I appreciate all the help I received from him and his staff. read more

Dr. Feit is a good doctor except his front office is horrible. I paid at the office and they didn't communicate this with their billing department, good thing I kept all my receipts. Also, he charged me $550 for shoe inserts and when I went to pick them up he charged me an additional $75. Seriously just to pick up my inserts!!! If you go see Dr. Feit be careful with their billing and keep all your receipts. read more

I was recommended to come here by my doctor, Phillip Simmons, in JANUARY, so I called and left a message asking to make an appointment. I was called back the next day and they left a message to call back and set up an appointment so I left another message because I was at work when they called back. Nobody returned my phone call. I've called 3 other times over the last couple of months and have left messages but I still haven't heard from you guys. I've never been seen here before and I already feel like I'm being shunned out - I'm disappointed. read more

The doctors are decent, but the front office staff looks like they would rather be anywhere else! Not friendly, and not too competent either. Service is slow, errors with billing, etc. I'm sure there are other podiatrists out there whose front office staff is actually happy to help out patients. read more

I'm new to the area and needed a new podiatrist . Based on the positive Yelp reviews I decided to do a meet and with Dr. Feit. Folks, this man is really good! Friendly and Personable, office staff is the same. Dr. Feit addressed a couple of issues I had and gave me fast relief for both. The assistant who finished was efficient and did a couple things my previous Podiatrist never did. All in all this was an extremely positive encounter and I will definitely be returning. read more

Dr. Feit and his staff are outstanding, especially Tania, who is pleasant and very professional. We highly recommend this podiatry practice. read more

There is a reason for the three stars. I had a visit with Dr Feit last July, and got my orthotics either end of July or early August. THEY FELT GREAT !!!! I had seen Dr Feit before and liked his orthotics. I have worn them for years. Mid February, I noticed the bottom lining was coming apart and took them back to the office, on March 1. First the front wanted to charge me, as she looked up the wrong person chart and thought I have had them longer. Then she looked up my chart and still wanted to charge me. I said no, your last ones lasted for years. She asked the doctor and told me it would be repaired free. I picked up the 'repaired' orthotics a week later and noticed that the lining is not completely glued on and will most likely come off again. The receptionist took the orthotics back and said we will get back to you. WELL!!! Each week I would call and ask where the orthotics are, and each week, the receptionist (Yolanda I believe) said she gave the doctor my message, and I kept telling her no one was calling me back. At least let me know that you are working on it? Or that there is a delay? Or that UPS lost them? WHAT??? Finally I called my insurance and got Dr Feit's wife, Dr Lashkari, I believe, on the phone and she said that they were already sent out for repair. WHY DIDN"T SOMEONE JUST SAY THAT? Finally the office called me and said they were back today and I picked them up. Please communicate with the patient. read more

Dr. Eric Feit has been my podiatrist. I first saw him seventeen years ago and he prescribed physical therapy and orthotics for my plantar fasciitis. I had to stop going there due to a insurance change. I recently started seeing him again for numerous foot problems. My ugly swollen feet are getting better now thanks to him. I do need some orthotics and am waiting to see about my insurance coverage. I know I better get them soon as my feet are really screaming for them.He is kind and very professional. And he does go the extra mile to help his patients. I like that. The office in San Pedro is very nice and clean. The ladies at the front office are nice too. All very helpful. And if you struggle clipping your toenails because they are too thick he does a great job at that too.I thought I'd always be able to clip them. Not anymore. read more

Dr Kashanian helped my son with his growing pains of the foot and ankle. She was very thorough and talked to his level (teen) on how best to treat his feet. She fit him with orthotics- where was she when I was his age!! Great woman. Dr Feit treated me, what a great man! Good energy, great knowledge and friendly. He fit me in orthotics- man, I haven't felt this good in two years! Don't go to The Good Feet Store- get it done by a doctor! I did... just get it done right the first time! read more

I took my 14 year old son to Dr. Feit because of pain in both feet. He has plantar fasciitis. I was very impressed with the Doctor and his staff. They are polite friendly and attentive. My son was given steps to correct his condition and we will follow up next month. I highly recommend Dr Feit to anyone with foot problems. read more

I've had a great experience at Dr. Feit's office and wouldn't hesitate to refer a family member or friend to him. Dr. Feit is patient and knowledgeable, and seems genuinely interested in resolving what used to be a very painful plantar fasciitis problem in my right foot. I'm an avid runner so I was anxious about having to visit a podiatrist, but my concerns were quickly put to rest after the first visit. I also have to commend Dr. Feit's staff who is always friendly and attentive. My schedule is tight so I really appreciate the fact that the office runs on time. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Feit's for about 10 years. He is an excellent podiatrist, a really good diagnostician and a caring effective doctor. He is both professional and has a warm friendly manner. All appointments have been timely, I have never had to wait long. He is well liked, so it is hard to get an immediate appointment in the Torrance office, much easier to get an appointment rapidly at his San Pedro facility. I highly recommend Dr. Feit, he listens well, is experienced and has been of great help with my podiatry issues throughout the years. read more

Dr. Feit is fantastic. He never keeps you waiting for longer than 15 minutes, if at all. The nurse is very friendly and sweet. The office staff is fantastic. The scheduling lady is very accommodating and very nice. I would recommend this podiatrist to anyone looking for a fantastic foot doctor. The location in Torrance is very conveniently located. read more

I had a foot injury in the shower, I noticed that my baby toe was bruised severely and the pain was just unbearable. I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to the office of Precision Foot and Ankle center in Torrance. The staff were just so professional and very friendly, I did not have an appointment, they still accommodated me in the upmost patience. They took an x-ray of my left foot and then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kashkania, she was just great in explaining to me the situation and what needed to be done and what I had to do in the following two weeks. They demonstrated the excellence how an office and staff should treat their patients. Thank you Keep up the excellent manner all of you perform at Precision Foot and Ankle Center in Torrance. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR...what a waste of my copay!!! i asked for my callus' to be removed and my ingrown toenails cut out.... Dr. Feit said my callus was not bad enough to cut off (really???) not in my opinionI got a slight sanding of my callus on the ball of my foot and heel..... This did nothing...My feet looked horrible when i left. My toenails were still growing into my skin but Dr. Feit said your toenails do not need anything right now...we will do it next time. Really?? for another copay and another 230 dollar office visit billed to my insurance I asked once again.. No they do not need it. For 45.00 i got a sanding of my feet which from the way they look I could have done it with a pumice stone. I waited about one half an hour as well. STAY AWAY... read more

Do not give this doctor your credit card! While Dr. Eric M. Feit, D.P.M. of Precision Foot and Ankle Centers appears to be an excellent and caring pediatrist, I cannot recommend seeing him because of his billing agency and assistants. When I first took my daughter to see Dr. Feit, he recommended inserts and asked for a $250 deposit. I was surprised by this because I have an excellent PPO and they had already given his office authorization for payment. Nonetheless, his assistants insisted on the deposit, which I paid. His bills came, my insurance company paid his office. And yet, more than two months later despite multiple phone calls to his assistants and his billing office, including one with my insurance representative on the line where his agent promised to issue a refund check within 2-3 weeks, I have yet to receive my $250 deposit back. I have wasted hours of time and frustration with this doctor's office and billing agents and now have a formal complaint lodged against him with my insurance provider. While Dr. Feit seems to be a caring practitioner, I would not recommend visiting him until he changes his office assistants and billing agency. Whatever you do, don't give this doctor your credit card! read more

Dr. Feit is a great doctor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good podiatrist in the Torrance area. He is very knowledgable and cares about his patients. He will do whatever he can to help you with your needs. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. read more

I have never been mistreated by a physician and his office staff in my entire life until now (I'm over 60), but Eric M. Feit, DPM and his staff have now earned that unique distinction. At the end of the year 2021, on the DAY of my preop appointment, a staff member had called LATE morning to remind me that my appointment was at 4:00 that afternoon (instead of at 2:30 as it was originally scheduled). I asked her why it had changed, but she had no explanation. Needless to say, I had to rearrange my afternoon. I have never received an appointment reminder call different from the originally scheduled appointment time in the past. When I arrived and checked in, I was all but called a liar when I told one of his staff that I had met my co-pay and out-of-pocket deductibles for the year (as many people do at the end of the year and the reason why I had scheduled the bunionectomy). You see, I was discovered to have a brain tumor earlier in the year and had undergone radiation treatments for 6 weeks which is how I met them. She said to me, "we'll see what the doctor says," in a very derogatory tone. No call to my insurance company was ever made to confirm my statement. I was then brought into the exam room and the doctor soon entered. The first words out of his mouth were, "I hear you're having issues with my staff." Obviously, having a confrontation with the doctor was the furthest thing from my mind. I reiterated to him what I had said earlier and his comment was, "you do know what the difference between a co-pay and an out-of-pocket deductible is, don't you?", in an undoubtedly condescending manner. Really?! Can you imagine being attacked and berated for no reason? With the conversation already beyond unprofessional, I was already putting my shoes back on and he continued with, "If you're having trouble with my office staff maybe we shouldn't go forward with the surgery..." I responded with there would be no surgery and walked out of the office -- for good. In my case, the office staff had a very poor attitude and treated me rudely without provocation. Show some motivation and call the insurance company directly before accusing the patient of not wanting to pay their co-pay-- with good reason. Also don't assume the patient doesn't know the difference between a co-pay and an out-of-pocket deductible. I'm not a stupid person and shame on you for assuming it. According to my insurance company, I had met my deductibles clear back in May of 2021. Be wary of Dr. Feit and his office staff. Next time it could be you in this awkward situation through no fault of your own. read more

Par excellence! Dr. Feit diagnosed heel pain syndrome and explained in a simple, clear and precise manner and treated and cured it completely. I'm not able to to trim my toenails anymore. I had been going to a Beauty College in Redondo Beach after Kaiser would no longer trim my nails. When I moved to San Pedro, I found this office and have been there twice as a patient of Barry Rodgveller, D.P.M.. It's a small practise but, knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and efficient, I've been to numerous podiatrists and I highly recommend him. read more

Please read this if you value the health of your feet! If I could give negative stars I would. I am 31 years of age and have had ankle and foot pain for the last few years. Dr. Feit treated me over a 2 year period nerve pain and an ankle injury. Finally after almost two years of unsuccessful treatment he opted to do surgery. To say he botched the surgery would be an understatement. First off he wrapped my bandages too tight after surgery which caused permanent scarring and nerve damage, which he denied was his fault. If I could post pictures I would. As for the actual surgery...he caused far worse nerve damage and pain than I had before. I was on pain meds for 2 months as my damaged nerve tissue reacted to being cut and my simple ankle arthroscopy made my ankle worse. Dr Feit never explained to me the recovery period. In order to keep it short, following the surgery Dr. Feit denied his failures as a doctor and refused to answer my very patient calls to his office. why? probably because he did not want to deal with another one of his failures. If the medical system would alloy me to sue him for malpractice I would, but it doesn't. If I can get at least one poor individual to read this and go to a different doctor than its worth the time. read more

Dr. Feit knew exactly what was causing my knee pain. It was wonderful to finally have an answer after jumping around from different doctors, physical therapists, using sports tape, therapy bands, etc. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient... really took the time to explain what was going on with my condition, and how he was going to treat it. His jokes are totally cheesy and awesome... I highly recommend Dr. Feit! read more

I was treated by Dr. Feit for removal of an ingrown toe nail. Months later the nail grew back. I decided to see Dr. Feit once again to have the nail removed and asked him to please remove as little as possible since the nail had already been removed leaving very little left. After my toe healed from the surgery I felt pain in the area where the nail was allegedly removed and I noticed that nail grew back once again! I also noticed that the area that Dr. Feit removed was not a straight cut. I will not return to Dr. Feit's office for a 3rd attempt. It is very upsetting that Dr. Feit did not remove the ingrown nail properly on the 2nd attempt and did not pay attention to my concerns by removing more nail than necessary. I used to really like Dr. Feit, I had been a patient of his for many years and didn't mind the wait time so much because he spent adequate time with me, but that changed as his office got busier. His staff must double book their patients because they are usually running behind schedule and the waiting room is often full. read more

I saw Dr. Armin Feradouni (partner of Dr. Feit) recently for an avulsion fracture of my fifth metatarsal bone. I had a great experience with this doctor and the office staff. Being that I am a nurse, constantly on my feet, and very active/athletic person, a foot fracture was a very daunting and frustrating injury for me. Dr. Feradouni was very direct, supportive, and helpful during this healing process. He helped me understand my injury and weigh out my treatment options in order to get the best result. I never felt hurried and he made sure not to rush me back to work before I was in tip top shape. He and his office staff were also very nice and helpful when it came to figuring out my disability paperwork which can be confusing at times. All forms were promptly filled out and send to the state and my employer by him and his staff. I never felt like I had to chase them down to get any of that done which made the process much easier. I had my last X-ray today and am just about all healed and ready to get back to work and my active lifestyle thanks to them! read more
