I had been with another agency with an agent for 15 years and that agent left the business and was replaced with an unorganized agent that screwed up our billing, so I left the agency, found another agency that didn't have agents and had a terrible experience, so after a year of bad experiences, it was such a relief to find Mike. For me, being able to doing my insurance business mostly via email is huge. I don't want to call an 800 number and wait on hold forever. I love being able to email Mike my updates, mileage, questions, etc. He's very prompt in his replies and very thorough in his answers. And if I do need to call, Heidi is super helpful and friendly. And he's been a huge help twice in recommending other services - he recommended the most amazing mortgage broker (Cindi Taylor - see my review) and he helped me out with roofer recommendations. On top of all that amazing service, we are now paying less than we were with the other two companies and we are better insured.

Lol there is a reason they have 1 star I changed a vehicle on my policy (i paid my payment way ahead of its due date) and was told I would have money coming back for the difference of the premium for the new vehicle. They did not change the vehicle until after the billing cycle, im guessing to keep the $ for themselves. Then I called repeatedly to get updated information on my policy amount and kept getting run away responses. Never a solid response. So I canceled my policy immediately and switched to progressive. Now I cannot even get a response on my reimbursement of my policy premium. Just stay away from this branch, I never had issues with state farm until this specific guys branch.

I've compared quotes to other companies and Bolt Insurance Services has always came out on top!! I've personally dealt with Enrique the majority of the time but their whole crew has been awesome over the years. I have full coverage on all my vehicles. I unfortunately had 1 of my vehicles stolen and through the help of Bolt Insurance I received a rental car immediately and my insurance company cut me a check after 1 week of not being able to locate my vehicle. Like I said Bolt is awesome! They have never steered me wrong or lacked in customer service. BOLT = 5 STARS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

After obtaining liability insuranance through Bolt, I had difficulty contacting them about a…read morepotential problem which might result in a claim againt the policy. I had significant difficulty contacting a live person and finally was only referred to the underwriter. So much for Bolt as an advocate or representative or even an intermediary... Fortunately, the problem did not result in a claim. About a month before the policy was set to renew, I received an email from Bolt - while it cited the upcoming experiation date, it did not include the policy number, a quote for the upcoming renewal, or a draft statement of the coverage amount. Calls to their phone number went unanswered into their phone response system. This went on for about two weeks until I called the underwriter who was then able to get a number for a live person. I asked for the renewal documents as well as for an alternative quote for the liability policy. Again I heard nothering from them and after a week tried their number and again was meet with a phone tree with no live agent. An email finally soliciated a respons (a quote for the policy renewal but no alternative quote). I cannot recommended them on price or service and would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a policy!!
