Three things to consider: 1. They will keep your car for MONTHS at a time and never return unless you pay a crazy premium 2. They will take a HUGE cut out of the check you could get from insurance which btw will not be any different from what you'll get if you do it yourself in a day or two, plus a week to wait on the check in the mail. 3. They will disassemble your car as much as possible and when requested to put it all back (even the non damaged parts) they say that's not our job, take it to a body shop. They keep your car for months saying we're trying to maximize your payout, but in the end they only get the money the insurance would've payed in the first place, collect their HUGE commission, additional fees for dissembling the car, and then and only then release it back to you. Oleg Filev is the worst person you can do business with. Claims express operates on completely empty promises they never fulfill and will give you the worst headache to deal with!!!!
