The salesperson purposely wrote the wrong amount to get me to pay They are just a bunch of salespeople trying to get money from you anyway they can. it's very disgusting.

I have never had such a frustrating experience with an insurance company…read more I called Freeway Insurance simply to change my deductible because my auto loan company notified me that my coverage was considered deficient and I was at risk of being force-placed into an additional $255 insurance policy. What should have been a simple request turned into a nightmare. I was hung up on SIX different times while trying to get assistance. When I originally called to update my policy after trading in my car, I was told I had to cancel my existing policy and start an entirely new one. This resulted in me having to pay an additional $750 just to keep coverage in place, on top of my regular payment that was due only two weeks later. The process and costs were never clearly explained. To make matters worse, I received notices in the mail stating that my policy was missing required vehicle photos. However, when I contacted customer service, they could clearly see that the photos had already been submitted and simply uploaded them to my policy themselves. So why was I being threatened with issues over documents they already had? The lack of communication, repeated disconnections, conflicting information, and overall disorganization caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. Instead, dealing with Freeway Insurance has been one of the most aggravating customer service experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend Freeway Insurance based on my experience.

This triple AAA Galleria location is a one stop shop for so many things home/automotive/home security.. We were buying a used vehicle, private party, and met the owner there to do the DMV transfer paperwork. We were in and out in 20 minutes! It's located in the Galleria parking lot near the entrance for El Fornaio restaurant. Everyone was so very kind and it's such a clean and organized building inside. I would rather spend 20 minutes in an office in an hour at the DMV any day! Time is so valuable- and having a AAA membership being able to pop in here for so many things is such a huge help. My husband even asked the greeter at the front. Oh, you guys have a whole body shop here? And they said yes.! how cool is that?

At the end of the day, they performed a manual review of my history and honored the spirit of my original pre-approval and approved my motorcycle refinance, saving me a massive amount in interest. Special thanks to the lending team for looking at the "big picture" and treating me like a member rather than just a credit score. I'm glad to be keeping my business here. Tatjana and Tracy, thank you.
