Especially the Latin nurse ?(if she's not latin and not a nurse I apologize, certainly dont want to get her mad!!) if I go to a urologist its because I have a problem peeing or some other problem. This person is extremely rude and doesn't really care if you get hep or not. She asked me when I went up to the window, "why are you here? I have to call you! I said nothing and sat down, when I sat down....she called me up!!!!! really????....there was another gentleman while I was there with many water bottles a nervous wreck telling me why are they being so mean? I cant pee and she's telling me I dont have a choice! so Doctor Lynn might be great but you have to go through his staff to see him....no thank you! in the past we also had a problem with staff with my other family member, lets just say they didn't help, they dont care......and I think they get off on seeing people worry! shame on you for working in the medical field....Medical 101=Compassion! get some! I don't think it's worth it to see him even with all his credentials, because you are going to have to go through his staff to get to him ALWAYS! I made an appointment for 1:45pm, so that I could get in and out on my lunch break. It's bad…read moreenough that the only late hours they have is with the PA (who is wonderful, by the way, but she can't do it all). I get called into a room at 2pm, and proceed to wait another 30 minutes without the doctor ever coming in. I walked out, and told the receptionist (?) that I simply couldn't wait anymore, and wondered why someone couldn't have the courtesy to call me if they know he's running so late? You know, a little consideration. Of course, she had an attitude in her reply. Her excuse was that they didn't know he was running that late until I came in. Right. The guy before me who had a 1:30 appointment didn't get called in until 1:50 and who knows how long he waited after that. Time to find a new doctor, perhaps one whose staff has some respect for patients' time. And the best part was that she asked if I wanted to reschedule. You have to be joking me, lady. Awful.

She could tell that I hadn't been taking care of myself. She pushed me a bit, to get a Mammogram, and then some additional testing. Very early Breast Cancer was discovered. She seems liable for malpractice, ranging from patient abandonment on the first visit to…read moregaslighting. I would verify her qualifications given her website promotes all sorts cosmetic services and awards that I can't imagine how she received after seeing how she runs her practice as well as treats new and existing patients. Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.
