Since we live in Chicago, Troy wasn't our agent, but he found us an amazing local agent, and referred us to a lender. Here it is 2 months later and we are living in our beautiful new home! My husband and myself have used Exit Realty to buy several homes and to sell my daughters home. Our…read moresecond agent with Exit Realty, Joshua Geiger has gone so far beyond our expectations as what one could expect from a realtor normally. Not only has he gone to bat for us with an unethical contractor, which saved us much aggravation and money, but he has actually done work at our current home (which he will soon be listing for us to sell) where picked up a shovel and "dug right in" working right along side of us helping us spread gravel to help complete our project. Josh was instrumental in persuading the provider we had chosen to give us an absolutely phenomenal deal on gravel, enabling us to complete our driveway (which will contribute considerably to our home's "curb appeal") thus increasing its value. We couldn't be happier to have Josh in our corner and in this time where the norm has been (unfortunately) to keep our expectations low as to not be disappointed, we are elated to have someone like Joshua Geiger who has gone above and beyond for us in every way. Thanks to Josh, and Exit Realty for restoring our faith in the process and proving to us that there are still ethical and honest people who you can really count on when you need them.

The first night that we lived here a rotten tree fell on my husband's company car. The second day that we lived here we discovered a family of snakes living in the bushes right next to our house. We had to power wash the house cause it looked like it hasn't been done in literally years! We moved into the home June 2020. And hurricane Sally destroyed our living in laundry room. The company did nothing for over 80 days!!!! We paid for tree removal, we had the carpet taken out, and bought our own dehumidifier. Our house was so full of mold it was causing health issues for our 2 and 4 year old boys so I relocated to Oklahoma where we had family. Here we are in March and our they have half fixed our house. We still have busted tile in our living room, every contractor made a complete mess and left trash, and we have to empty our dehumidifier every 4 hours or the levels are unsafe. My husband walked in on a conversation where Meg was a talking about how she doesn't care about OUR family. Unaware my large black husband was an office over listening. AND NOW! To top it allll off we paid them rent on time, and today they've dropped off an eviction warning and won't pick up their phones!!!! I've held my tongue for long enough. These people are racist crooks! RUN!!! Do not use them.
