I have worked with the dealers before and always walk away with charges I am not sure I needed. John's team has always been on time, courteous, and neat. The back office ladies are very kind and quick to set up appointments for our services. Our generator was working perfectly after the repair.....my husband even tested it with the technician! When hubby went to try it again later it wasn't working again. We just called Mobile Auto back and they rescheduled and fixed it! Easy peasy! I use the mobile service because my time is worth money. I don't have time to waste waiting in a dealership for a service. John's team comes to me and that is worth it's weight in gold!

Had to take to a local shop to get alignment and then said all the upper arm and knuckle bolts were loose and wrong size knuckle was put on. There was no way this was done by a professional mechanic the shop said. It was very unsafe to drive and when I called and talked to Alan about the situation. He said he didn't believe me and hung up. He told me i have no idea what im talking about. The job now has to be redone by a real mechanic.

We had just moved to Maryland. We had to have two cars inspected/registered and this place is…read morewithin walking distance. One car passed inspection without a hitch. After waiting all day without any feedback, we finally called to inquire about our older vehicle, a 2008 Mercury Sable, did not due to an issue with a side light. The young lady proceeded to tell us it didn't pass inspection b/c it needed tires, and there was an issue w/a side light, but they were looking for the part. So not thinking it was a major problem, we had requested an oil change and said go ahead with the new tires & fix the side light. The next day rolls around and we're told they can't find the part. The car is old, so we're thinking oh my! We just spent close to $700 dollars for a car we'll have to scrap?! Why would they do the other work if they didn't have a supplier for the side light? Not feeling very confident in their response or expertise, we contacted our mechanic in NJ. Told him the issue, and in less than 3 min (no exaggeration) he knew exactly what we needed and where to get it. When we told him the shop here in MD couldn't find the part he laughed. He told us I guess they've never heard of Amazon. We were going to NJ two days later & swung by to see our mechanic. He pulled up the part on Amazon. Told my husband exactly what to order and said if they couldn't figure it out after that to bring it back to him to fix. The part was $8 bucks! Just shy of $800 dollars later & our $8 dollar part procured via Amazon, the car was back on the road. Needless to say we are still looking for a local, trustworthy, competent auto shop. *Btw, they've changed the name to Autostream Car Care Center, Singer Rd, Abingdon, MD
