The endless flow of bubbles made it look more like champagne, but it's crisp balance of sweet and dry made it a perfect Riesling. A great way to ease into a German vacation! There are three other dining options that surround the general seating area, which I thought had a bit of a Scandinavian feel. This little spot is a great place to stop and relax or catch up on work while you wait for your next adventure to begin.

The owner is a very nice man who is almost always there working very hard. Occasionally his wife is there working with him too. A friend once left her scarf there and he saved it for me to return to her. The food is excellent!!! I've never had a bad meal. Maybe a sloppily dressed salad once but it still tasted good. Only thing I wish they had mashed potatoes instead of just the house fried potatoes or spaetzle The interior is especially pretty during the holidays when it is decorated.
