We were on top of our part of the work involved in selling a home. We cleaned and did not miss a showing. Everything went as planned. We were under contract in the time period they estimated we would be. Matt then showed us a houses. That same day we found a house we just adored. We fell in love with this house and this was the one we had to have. We went under a contingency that same day! We were able to close sooner than expected. We wanted to be in our new house ASAP. On closing day we had a disaster! Our movers did not show up on time. The buyers expected us out by the time we sat down at closing. Ruby and Matt sat down with me and calmed me from my state of panic and explained that we had a shot to still close on this deal by way of a last minute negotiation. At that moment I decided to put my full trust and faith into Keller Williams. As a result, we closed on both houses and we are now living happily ever after in our new home where we will raise our family.
