What actually was written in the response I received 5 months ago was:…read more Hi Heike, I realize that your review is from quite some time ago, however we don't do much interaction on yelp so unfortunately it went unnoticed by us. I have directly asked all of our existing agents (36 in total) if they dealt with you or your significant other during your apartment search back in 2012 and nobody has any recollection of working with you or receiving a message from you, etc. I am thinking you may have dealt with an agent that no longer works with us for whatever reason or maybe left a message with someone we had temporarily filling in during summer hours. By chance, do you remember who you may have spoken with? I know this is from a long time ago, but I would like to get to the bottom of this. We take great pride in helping people sell, buy and rent and we truly hate that you had such a bad experience with us. Thanks, Janine I didn't respond at the time, not being sure of the name of the person with whom I interacted and deciding that it's actually not my job to investigate. The above is pretty different from telling me that you do not believe I ever interacted with your company. I insist that it was, in fact your company, and reject your claim that I am mistaken in my identification of the issue. If the person with whom my now-husband and I interacted was the owner at that time, then so be it. My husband and I were treated in the aforementioned manner by a male representative of this company, and I wanted to let renters looking for apartments to know that this company was less than interested in helping us. It appears that you have since that time garnered some very positive reviews, and I am glad for that. However, my experience and my opinion still stand.

As a well-built house in the desirable Colonial Oaks neighborhood with four bedrooms and three baths, we figured that it would sell promptly. We were wrong. What we did not know was that it was a time with a soft market. It took longer than we thought. It was a period of great worry and anxiety. However, we are indebted to Ofir for his skill and patience. He kept us informed every step of the way. He answered all of our questions. He always returned our phone calls promptly. In the end, he marketed our house effectively, even in a soft market. We highly recommend him!

I found Mike Matthews after seeing all of his videos on Facebook. So pleasantly surprised by the…read morerelationship we built. Mike helped me sell my house during an extremely stressful time in my life. He was not only always patient, but always optimistic and calming. Mike also recently helped me in the search for a new home. It's crazy that the owner of a company would want to work with me, essentially a first time home buyer without a huge budget. This whole process was new for me and Mike was always there whenever I had questions. He was always available for a showing even if it was last minute. He was never pushy, or salesy. He also never made me feel bad about not having the most money to purchase a home, or being picky to find a place I loved. He is super approachable, knowledgeable and dependable. I would 1000% recommend Orange Key, especially Mike the owner. We feel like he is part of the family now and will use him when purchasing future homes.

They showed me a few house on the Friday after Thanks Giving.. who the heck would do that? My experience with them has been really great. Beth was the Real estate agent I worked with.. she was not very talkative, but super observant about the places and locations I wanted to buy since I was a single female looking to get a place in Highland Park/ New Brunswick/Piscataway. Marc worked with me on my bids. He was very straight forward about how the process worked. If he thought my bid was outrageously low he would let me know we might get refused, but the cool thing was he would still send it to them out. He also agreed that you never know unless you try I totally recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to buy. I loved working with them!!!

I had the pleasure of selling my home to Nick in a smooth transaction…read more I felt the price he offered was fair. I also called another "I buy houses" company and they were offering about $50K less even though I explained this was not a "fixer upper." The close was fast and totally up to me when I wanted to close. I had to delay 2 weeks from the contracted close date and it was no problem for Nick. Nick removed any potential obstacles that would be required if working through the traditional route of a Realtor. First, I did not have to worry about repairs to prepare the home for sale or deal with any of the required repairs for obtaining a township Certificate of Occupancy (CO). At a minimum, the house needed painting inside and out, new carpeting, appliance and fireplace repairs. Because I was consumed with packing 30 years of stuff and renovating my new home, I did not have the time to find contractors, schedule them into when I could be home for the repairs, let alone just finding contractors to show up! Additionally, a big plus for me was that Nick told me leave anything I did not want inside and outside. Having a junk removal company come in would have been another headache and expense. And of course, no staging (keeping the house tidy and well appointed) for potential buyers, no scheduling showings and vacating when appointments were made, no negotiating with a buyer for an offer and acceptance and no full home inspections with potential additional negotiations and attorneys "back and forth" calls and correspondence adding more delay to the process. Nick does cash sales, so no waiting for a buyer to secure a mortgage. And finally, no realtor fees! Of course all of the above is accounted for in the price he offered and knowing his expenses and getting a fair profit for him, again, I felt happy with what he offered. I would recommend giving Nick Schiera call to see if your particular situation in selling your home can be an option for you! -Susan S. (Ewing, NJ)
