My recent surgical experience here was EXCELLENT. I'm a nurse of 20+ years in the perioperative…read morearea (bedside & managerial) and can day my entire stay was great. And to assure I was able to walk/safe PT, Talin, was patient and thorough. Clean facility, communicative, kind/attentive/respectful care from all the clinical staff: Preop: Michelle, Jessica (and a lovely gentleman who escorted me to preop..name?). OR - Lola(?) and the girls who assisted with the spinal. The Anesthesiologist, Tom, was patient and kind. And in PACU: Cassie, Julia, Marie we extremely patient and kind. (And of course, my surgeon, Dr. Justin Limtong whom I've reviewed separately.) Also - highly recommend attending their joint class, offered days before surgery and run my Evelyn. Very informative (and delicious cookies). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Biggest regret is not getting the name of an ER nurse who was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL…read more He was an asian/filipino male in his late 20s/early 30s, around 5'9", light brown skin color, who worked who worked the ER on October 8 2026. Day shift. We had a family whose NG tube got displaced just 24 hours after insertion from the same hospital. We called doctor Johnson (surgical specialist) to ask what to do and he said "take him to the ER" so dr can see him. When we got there, we of course relayed the information to the one of the nurse. (I said one of the nurses cuz we met about 5 and NONE OF THEM INTRODUCED THEMSELVES). this so called filipino male nurse responded "we are not going to call dr. Johnson cuz he doesn't work in the ER. We only treat emergencies and not deal with outpatient stuff. You're asking me to do you a favor and THAT NOT MY JOB. Our ER doctor don't deem it necessary to consult with dr. Johnson so they aren't going to." So we asked "that was the instructions i got, so dr. Johnson isn't allowed to come down here to the ER?" Filipino male nurse "no, he's not allowed down here." We ended the convo and got a call from dr. Johnson himself who asked how our family member is doing and that HE WILL IN FACT COME DOWN TO SEE US. the rest of the visit, lo and behold, the ER doctors WERE IN FACT COLLABORATING AND COMMUNICATING WITH HIM REGARDING our family member. I do want to shout out to the transporters and physicians who helped us. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO INTRODUCED THEMSELVES, HAD APPROPRIATE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CARE, AND COMMUNICATED WELL AS IF THEY ACTUALLY CARE.

Everyone on the second floor was professional, compassionate, and kind throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Roa, Dr. Rebentish, the nurses Joseph, Sonny, Sarah, Jessica, Megan, and Michelle, their assistants, Alma from housekeeping, the Emergency Room staff, and everyone who played a part in my care. Your dedication, kindness, and commitment helped me through my recovery, and I will never forget the support I received. Thank you for treating me with such respect and compassion. May God bless you all abundantly for the wonderful work you do every day. Life is beautiful. Olivia Nicole Espinoza

"Wave that wand and you're all better!"…read more My visit to this hospital is routine for me. I'm here as a guest. Just an observation to drive someone back to their abode. We had to check in and get ready for surgery. The process can be completed prior to your procedure for best results. The patient only waited less than an hour before being taken back . Thank you to the staff for all their assistance and support. After the patient went back, while during prep process we were allowed to come back to give them love and support. Thank you to the staff for allowing us to see the patient before the surgery. It means so much . The nurse staff was absolutely amazing. So enthusiastic and encouraging. That's the attitude that you need in the morning. While awaiting the phone call from the hospital staff their is a cafeteria to enjoy some small pleasure until you have to go . We all seem to gather around the food. The kitchen staff were so friendly. They serve breakfast in the early morning and it's pretty epic . They have a great selection of fresh fruit. It's all the good stuff . Close by is coffee and other treats just across the street. The hospital itself is historic because of its roots in Catholic tradition and religious thought. You are able to learn so much just by looking around and reading the wall, literally. You are able to visit the chapel and sit for a while and gather your thoughts. Walk around and experience the tranquility of the healing garden. They celebrate you believing that all will be fine. Sometimes we need extra encouragement to keep the light and peace of joy flowing. Let kindness be your spark. All the joy and happiness that came from the individuals here was a shared experience and blessing thank you.

Dr Megan Del Rosario and the staff there are amazing. She is the best and most caring primary care…read moredoctor I have ever had. Her staff is amazing all the way down to the wonderful phlebotomist, who is the first in years to be able to hit the vein the first time every time. It means a lot after going through pancreatic cancer and constantly being stuck over a several year period. I cannot say enough about these caring individuals. 5 STARS!!!!!!!

Took my mom there, to make sure there was no blood clot*. There wasn't, so I appreciate getting to…read morethe bottom of that, and to learn what to look for in those cases. So that's 1 star. They tried to charge her $1,300. That's for squeezing her foot and take an X ray. I work in sales, and this office was no different than where I work. Everyone waiting for their commission, and using phrasing and tonality. "Batabeem bataboom, let's get an x ray and get you on your way, how does that sound?" And then boom, $1300. I asked why $1300, the "closer" at the front desk spoke gibberish. I called it a scam, and she got defensive and slipped her tongue big time. She said "well I don't know what you did in there", so I said "then why don't you find out before charging us???" At that moment the nurse came running and said to the "closer" "no, just one." One picture that is. AND DROPPED THE PRICE TO $345!!! I tried to get out of the closer how many pictures she had tried to charge us for, she rambled her way out of an answer like a used car sales lady, 3 times in a row. She was trained to use words like "deposit" (as if they would ever reimburse it) and co-pay and just a lot of bs. You tell me, if a bill can go from $1300 to $345, was the initial attempt not a scam attempt? They take advantage of the elderly, especially if they're tourists with travel insurance. They will over charge, trying to leave it up to my mom to ever get any of that money back. And on top of it all they call themselves Dignity. On their wall they have a poster urging people not to cuss them out. To not use foul language towards them. I did not, but it's pretty clear they have experienced that a lot. Enough to occupy a wall just for that. What a joke of a sales group.

The nurse Suzie was absolutely amazing and Dr. Crazen (I think?) was wonderful. They answered all my questions and took the time with me to explain everything that was going to happen and what was happening, which I fully appreciated. I ended up having to get a CT scan and they were super amazing in telling me exactly what I was going to expect since I had never had one before. I really appreciated that. I will spare the details of why I was there (I'm good now for anyone reading this and worried haha), but they took really good care of me and I was able to be discharged pretty quickly which was really nice. The facility is really nice and clean as well. The room was comfortable, too. Again, really enjoyed how kind and nice the staff was and for taking good care of me.

All of the staff was extremely friendly and I felt like they were there for me. I had the sweetest nurse that had to go home because of a shift change. I have been to st rose ER for my mom a couple times and other ER's around the valley. This one by far was the nicest and most comfortable I've ever been in one. Everyone had amazing care towards me and didn't do anything unnecessary for treatment and diagnosis. I felt well informed leaving and feel comfortable trying to take care of myself. I felt more comfortable here, it was not an ER you can just walk into with access to everybody, they had security at the front that will take you back. All the VIP treatment once you walk in the door!
