High yearly fees, $250 charge to close an account, difficult procedures and poor customer service.

My name is Anthony Webster. I am an African American man newly married from the East coast. If I…read morehad a chance to change my decision to do business with this company, I would run as far away from this group of people as possible!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Chad Halbur presented himself to be a very thoughtful caring individual, who fully understood my needs. He was very Charismatic and listened attentively, gave good eye contact and a firm handshake. Chad Halbur was asked by me to be the corporate trustee of the Trust fund my grandfather Rufus O. Webster left for myself and my sisters. The previous Trustee and I parted ways, because I disagreed with his over $180k bill from just two years service. I found this company from doing a Google search. Originally it was agreed upon for Chad Halbur and Cornerstone Private Asset company to only manage $40k-$50k because the prior trustees wrote an agreement to have $200k given to me in order to help purchase my grandfathers home. After the court approved Chad Halbur and Cornerstone financial as new corporate Trustees, all of a sudden Chad Halbur changed his mind and decided NOT to allow me to use $200k out of my Trust in order to purchase my grandfathers home. Chad Halbur decided that it was best that he and Corner Stone Private Asset Company manage the unexpected $250k instead of the originally $50k that was discussed. At this point and time, my entire immediate family, including the main successor trustee who is my grandfathers best friend and fraternity brother has signed an agreement that I filed in the Hennepin County court that says, my immediate family and the co-Trustee agree that the trust should be terminated and that I should receive the remaining approximately $225K. My wife ended up saving the house from being sold by securing a $400k loan...thank God, but now since Chad and Cornerstone Private Asset Trust Co. is using MY Trust fund money to hire a lawyer to contest what my family needs and wants, we have to continue to pay a mortgage when we have the money to pay half the house off as originally planned. I also had to hire an attorney to represent me because Chad Halbur and Cornerstone Private Asset Trust Co. is contesting my families agreement. I can not tell anyone what to do with their money, but when I die and my entire family along with my Trustee, which will be my best friend just like my grandpa, is in agreement and decides to move the money I left them in whatever way they deem neccessary, I would hope that the stranger to the family, who will be a (Corporate Trustee) will honor my families wishes and not use the family money to defend their decision to go completely against what my family needs and wants. If you would like to follow the outcome of our court case, the case number is 27-TR-CV-16-25. I have also been filming a documentary about my grandfather and all of the obstacles I've had to go through concerning this Trust. You can email me at Tonyweb1111@gmail.com if you would like to view the Documentary once it is complete. Thank you for your time and patience. God help us all. -Anthony M. Webster 2nd

Wells Fargo - Sioux Falls SD…read more I hope some reads this email and takes this very serious. However, the employees that are hired do NOT take their job serious like SCOTT RIRIE. I Had an extremely bad experience with WF Advisors when I phoned in last Friday, Nov 22,ND and placed a trade an on Wed, Nov 27TH my money was going to be in my account. Scott Ririe, whom placed the trade transaction screwed up and never placed the trade from Friday, Nov 22ND after I diligently went over everything more than six times with this person who was not PAYING ATTENTION and is not even aware of what he was doing. How does WF ADVISORS hire people like this.? It Took me 3 hours between calling WF Advisors back on Friday, Nov 29 - MIDWEST they never understand what you are saying or they DO NOT want to be bothered and they want to you do everthing on-line so you can make their job so easy and they can do simply nothing. This is the PHONELESS BANK and they DO NOT CARE about their Clientele. They do not know how to do their job and that was SCOTT RIRIE story! He screwed up my checking and my account-two (2) checks bounced and his Manager DEBORAH CUMMINGS, WF, Sioux Falls (cummingdl@wellsfargo.com) thought well I will just send Scott back to training and have him coached Deborah was taking Scotts side and did not even care about my frustration and how two (2) of my checks bounced. She did not even offer to do anything as far as my accounts go. Well, maybe if this happens to Deborah Cummings then she would change HER thoughts. They DO NOT hire experienced people especially when it comes to placing a Trade. If you are interested in opening a WF Trade or Trading your stock account DO NOT OPEN anything they are not ACCURATE and they DO NOT HIRE QUALIFIED PEOPLE. I hope you evaluate this situation and send SCOTT RIRIE back to TRAINING he needs more than coaching if he is not listening fully to a TRADE CALL. Also, Maybe DEBORAH CUMMINGS needs some extra coaching on how to BE a BETTER Money MANAGER!

I received a $50 YourReward Visa Debit Card administered by Pathward…read more When I went to check the balance, lo & behold, there was only $32.50 left on the card even though I had never used it. The only thing on the card said "funds never expire"& that the card expired on 09/27. There were no guidelines, instructions or explanations included, only an 800# (where you couldn't even talk to a live person). I went to the website & even that was a chore trying to find information. After much searching, it seems that they deduct $2.50/month if you don't use it after you activate it, so I lost $17.50. Had I known this, I wouldn't have activated it until I was ready to use it. It should have indicated that somewhere. Seems this has happened to many others too. I thought it was illegal to deduct money from your card without letting you know, but that only applies to gift cards. Do NOT buy these cards or if you have one, use it now before they drain all the money from it. What a scam!

I have…read morenever received any useful information from the Customer Service, even though I called them more than 10 times, and it costs me money to call abroad. There's no concrete solution or clear explanation on why I can't use my card; there are only useless apologies and obviously wrong information, and unprofessional communication. As I'm at home in Turkey, technically abroad, I cannot use my card either online or in the store. I have called the Customer Service over 10 times now, and the problem is still not solved. At first, I was not able to use my card abroad on the website, and the Customer Representative said that they had activated my card, and I was supposed to be able to use it after that. After 3 calls, they said that I would never be able to use my card online if I am abroad, and they gave me wrong information. After that, they said that I can use my card because they had reactivated again, and they said it was not activated in the first place. They also said that I can only use my card in the store abroad. Today, I tried to use my card in the store and at 2 different ATMs. It did not work, and I am still waiting to use my card. When I called the customer service again, they only said that they're sorry and there's no concrete action or any guide on how I can use my card. They only say that it's restricted, or they block my card. I urgently need to use my money in my account. I don't know how to transfer or how to use it in the store or online because there is no explanation regarding this. And every transaction I tried was declined for no reason, and there's no clear explanation for this either! I have never seen customer service this bad and unprofessional. It took me hours to call the customer service more than 10 times, and it cost me money every time to call abroad, and I'm still not able to use my card at all. And there's no explanation on how I can make a complaint. Every call I made was a waste of time and money to me. There's no website or any other thing I can reach out to. I am still not able to use my card, and I have already wasted hours and dollars calling the customer service. I want my money in the account, and I am waiting for a concrete solution instead of saying sorry and taking no action. They also said that they will report this and get back to me as soon as they can, but still no answer either to my emails or any solution.I do not want to call the Customer Service once again, just to spend money on unprofessional people wasting my time and my money.
