Response time for maintenance requests is quick, we love that they allow pets, rates are fair, and they allow you to make your space your home. LLoyd properties has stooped so low they will defraud tenants to make money…read more Just about anyone I have spoken to over the city has said LLoyd Propertes sucks, they have their own experiences of Mold, refusing to install entrance doors, etc. As a matter of fact I spoke to one past tenant of Lloyd Properties who said there huge door almost fell on his small daughter, because Lloyd Properties refused to install the door and allowed it to lay by the way side in clear danger of the customer. He had to take the door and put it at the Property Managers Office and post a note as people came by to pay their rent to finally get some one to install the door out of shame. Lloyd Property Sucks.
