I said no, I will not go through with the hardship if that happens. 2 months later - NO hardship BUT my husbands card is revoked. I'm livid!!! So is my husband!! The bank will hold your monies block your card if you have another loan with them and it is not paid on time even if it is within a 30 days. I paid off my car and the balance was .16 cents that was left and they charged me a fee, was going to put a 30 day late on my credit over 16 cents. This was after we called them and asked for the pay off amount. They charge fees and service fees to their convince. Please look elsewhere when you are searching for a credit union bank. I really can't say anything pleasant about this agent and her assistant. We submitted our fast…read moretrack application and we thought it would be a simple Refi as we had twice previously with Caliber. Although we explained this simplified process did not require our credit to be pulled, this office pulled our credit twice rather than following the expedited process. We recommended they refer to our file and repeat the same steps and instead they followed standard procedures which resulted in our loan being denied as well as negatively affecting our credit scores. Though we were informed by the office our loan was denied, the documentation stated we had withdrawn our application. This was not true in any way. We called Caliber refinance representatives and they refiled our application appropriately with no issue and after smoothly completing the process as requested we now have a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment. Please rethink going to Pheobe Jaeckels for a Refi, her office does not consider customer input not review prior refinance history to complete simple loan processes as requested.
