The only employee who could open a new account for me, was ALSO on his lunch break?! Doesn't sound like the best business practice to be unavailable to the public when most people work at the same hours 9-5, with an hour lunch break at noon. I would think he could go BEFORE or AFTER the standard lunch break, because they would be closed by the time I get out of work. Had to drive down the street to the Walton location and a manager (Nicole) helped me open an account and brought my paperwork and signature card to my place of work. She totally went above and beyond to make up for the lack of professionalism at 14th Street.

I opened a small checking a few years ago with them when they were Cornerstone Bank and was a bit gun shy about a full commitment to CS Bank because of my experience with the other bank.
