I went into my wedding thinking that anyone that did hair could do an up do. And I also did NOT like having my makeup done. My friends kept telling me over and over I had to have my makeup professionally done because it was my wedding and that's just what you do. I personally think I do my makeup rather well and was so against this. But I thought I would give it a shot. I originally booked hair and makeup thru somewhere else and had booked it a month before my wedding because I figured nothing would go wrong. For my makeup trial at the other place which cost me $300 my eyes swelled shut. And my hair, which was $75 for the trial was literally a rats nest. At this point EVERYONE was already booked. I couldn't find a hair and makeup team to save my life. I came across RD artistry randomly and called and she was available so I booked an appointment. I once again did not want to have my makeup done but was feeling pressured so I gave it another shot. I was really impressed, I looked good! :) I also really liked my hair as well. I even changed my mind the week of my wedding with what I wanted to do and the hair girl met with me on the Thursday before my wedding to also do a trial again for that as well. I'm clearly a pain in the butt! But I was glad I did it because the new style I tried was even better! :) I should note that I had 8 bridesmaids and a flower girl and another friend all getting their hair done and 7 girls getting makeup done. I was obviously nervous about timing. Both Rachel and Samantha knew this, and arrived early and brought assistants for the day. We shockingly got all of us done before noon! (We had until 2) And I have to say. We all looked fabulous. Rachel and Samantha are also really fun and brought a good energy to the getting ready portion of my wedding day. Which you wouldn't think is important, but it was to me. I should also note my wedding was all outside. It was super hot and muggy the day of our wedding and I'm incredibly emotional and was crying essentially the whole time! My hair didn't move or frizz up at all and I have naturally curly hair, it was smooth the whole day and did not even look stiff or hair sprayed at all, I have no idea how she pulled that off. And also, my makeup stayed on so well even with all the tears! These girls are professionals and know what they are doing. I actually woke up the next day and went to breakfast with my full hair and makeup and people we're joking that I still looked amazing. My expectations for hair and makeup were blown away. I am still so great full looking at all my wedding pictures knowing this team was responsible for not only making me look the best I ever have on the best day of my life, but for all my bridesmaids as well! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!!!! The prices are also VERY reasonable especially for on site.

Today I needed to purchase lotion and the blonde girl was so sweet and gave me the best recommendation. It smelled amazing and was only $35. I used to always go to LA Tan but this will definitely be my permanent spot from now on :) Also, they have scented sprays for you to spritz on yourself after tanning. I've never seen it at a tanning salon and love this!

They offer at least 12 tanning beds, one of which is a stand up. They are clean and efficient and I have never had to wait longer that 10 minutes for a bed. They were also very careful about my skin tone and started me out slowly so that I didn't burn. I now have a great tan and am looking forward to showing it off with my husband in Vegas!
