Car dealership type sales approach... so if you like that, maybe they are the right broker for you. NOT how I like to do business.

With the government programs time can be an issue that can delay your closing and that did not happen. Rob and Matt were very professional and always have prompted responses to calls or emails. They answered any questions I had. They also have an app that I utilized though out the whole process. it was especially useful when I was looking at homes to get an idea of what my cost per month would be with it's easy to use calculator. Rob always checked in on me through out the hole process. I would highly recommend them for your mortgage company.

(This is no exaggerating) After I told Joe Cordova i switched, I got a series of rude emails from him saying how he didn't respect me and doesn't want to work with anyone affiliated with me.. I actually took the higher road and apologized that it didn't work out but in reality I don't owe him or evesham an apology for doing what's best for me and my family. After that it was obvious this company only cares about making money off of you. They're unprofessional and rude. Theyre the used car sales men of the mortgage industry. I would not recommend using them. There's way better options that offer better rates and are way more professional.Take it for what it's worth.

Wow... I'm surprised now... I thought I'm the only one had a bad experience with Wells Fargo…read moremortgage... They fools me over twice not only once. Many things happened during last 2 years with my first experience of home purchase. This is not nice how they handle clients... Very disappointing and time wasting. Just talk about this second time a guy name Ryan was the processor for my case. I can clearly say that he doesn't know how to handle cases assigned to him. He barely responding to my calls and emails and same to my mortgage agent!!! I really don't know why he has a cell phone and an email if he's not responding to his own clients!!! This guy made me waiting for this case past closing due date and finally told me like not able to give a loan... What??? Seriously??? So I suggested a counter offer for another plan so he said he'll get a response from the team by tomorrow. That was on a Monday so I waited a response until Tuesday then what? Absolutely no response. And this guy came back with an email on Thursday evening. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I see that they never be on the right timing.... I have so many more bad incidents with them.... Don't even wanna talk about it...they are not even worth one star but I can't put lower than that. All I wanna say now is DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THEM

We have had 3 commitment dates and each one has come and gone with scarcely a second thought. We have been told for 3 weeks that the commitment will come 'today or tomorrow'. Bottom line: Wells Fargo was too big to fail now they are too big to care. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They lie to you to cover up their incompetence and avoid your phone call when you try to call them out on it. Our seller just lost the house they were trying to buy because we couldn't close on time and they had a contingency. Now we are losing the house we are trying to buy. Nicely done Wells Fargo. We are moving our banking accounts now and going with a different broker.

FM acquired my loan from Wells Fargo, where I previously had no escrow issues…read more After the transfer, I noticed that fm failed to include escrow, and claimed that they could not locate my taxing authority. (The two lenders before them had no issues) I made several phone attempts to resolve the escrow situation. Each call ended the same, "we will conduct an escrow analysis and contact you" (never happened) Sensing that something wasn't right, I began saving on my own, glad I did, because when the next property tax due date came, fm sent notice that they paid my property taxes and I was more than $10.000 delinquent. FM estimated that my mortgage payment would increase by $900 to cover shortage. FM seemed disappointed when I informed that I had the money to cover the taxes. However, fm still increased my payment by $400 citing property tax and insurance increase. (I disputed to no avail). The issue with fm caused me stress and sleepless nights and rather than be at their mercy, I used a portion of my children's college savings to pay off my balance and have slept peacefully every since. It is my believe that fm intentionally manipulated my escrow to get more money out of me. I would recommend avoiding this company and their unethical practices.

You are always greeted by a friendly rep at the door to ensure you're heading to the right place or getting an appointment if you aren't sure. They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.
