The rooms were basic with all you needed, albeit with a few flickering lights. Excellent WiFi though!! The cleaners were there everyday if you wanted them. The reception staff went between moody and dismissive, to super helpful and smiling. It is what it is. You can get a bus from just outside the hotel which gets you into the centre of Malaga if you want, and this is advisable and there is literally nothing near the hotel, it really is in the middle of nowhere, but, if you have a hire car, then this place could be good as is cheaper than the more central ones, if you want to go out and about exploring. It does what it says on the tin and for you what you pay,you really cannot moan.
