The first time they sent out someone who had started working for the company the day before, spent the whole time on his phone asking the opinion of a more experienced colleague, wasn't gas certified and did NOTHING and I was charged £96! Over £100 charge for the second call out. I challenged head office and they were rude and unsympathetic and wouldn't offer me the refund of the first visit. I think it is inexcusable. I would have got more satisfaction throwing £200 out of my car window. I really wouldn't recommend them. I have since had the problem sorted in one visit by another plumber, who I have used 3 times since on other problems.

One of them even recommended I get my entire flat re-wired. Arian from Dara was the only person who actually took the time and was able to locate and fix the problem.
