    Theater 5 best seats D3/D4!

The seats are so comfy. It's easy to order tickets online. Snacks and drinks are grab and go and self checkout!

Was visiting from out of town wanted to go to the movies, this place had good reviews so we decided to check out. First was going to buy online but saw the 2.50 convenience charge declined and opted to buy at the theater as it appeared to not be busy. Arrived to a kiosk where I buy my ticket and pick my seats, $25 for 2 tickets on a Tuesday afternoon:(... then proceeded to get popcorn where a guy was standing I started to tell him what I wanted but was told it's all self service, you grab the popcorn and drink cup and proceeded to the self checkout, not sure how they know what I grabbed or grabbed what I payed for but whatever. Proceeded to theatre where an employee physically checked my ticket... go figure. In the theater it was huge with lots of reclining seats although the mechanics seemed squeaky they did work. Sound was good and the restrooms were clean.

Arrived 20 minutes early to our film. We were directed to our auditorium. Our seats were covered in popcorn, we assumed that they just hadn't cleaned yet since we were so early. We assumed the seats in front of ours since ya know. Waited and our movie was due to start at 8:45pm. It was 8:48 nothing, no previews no movie. So we get up and go ask "hey the movie in theater 10 isn't playing y'all good"....they go start it and it's preview less and our movie plays cool I guess. We watched our movie in the seats in front of ours since it was still dirty. It was my first time here I was rather disappointed. Thankfully bad boys was so good because outside of that this is very mid ambience.

I was visiting my mother-in-law who lives in Titusville and we decided to see Alladin and bring the kiddos! She mentioned there was a new theater in town so what better way to spend a hot Saturday afternoon than in a cool theater---sipping on soda and snackin' on snackssss? The parking situation was a little weird...the theater wasn't busy, but it felt like there wasn't enough parking spots AND it didn't help that the Harley Davidson next door had blocked off some spaces for an outdoor event. Upon entering, it was very spacious and clean. Unlike other theaters where you buy tickets from the outside, the ticket booth(s) are inside. There is one counter that is manned by an actual person, and there are many "stations" set up in a line where you can electronically pick your seats and purchase your tix. It's simple, fast and easy. To the right you have your concessions and behind the ticket counters is a nice little seating area and bar where you can get frozen alcoholic drinks and choose from wine and multiple beers on tap and in bottles. Once we got our goodies, we proceeded to the theater. I have never been in an Epic theater before, but it was super nice! It was very clean...(no sticky floors) and the reclining seats were extra spacious and comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. If I was in town again, I'd definitely try to visit again!

Screen so big you have to switch to Panoramic. Epic XL screen with DTS-X audio

I heard that was a new Epic Theater in town. I think Epic makes some really nice theaters! Keeping in mind I do not live close to an Epic so I only go into an Epic XL theater. Audio: 5 stars! They have a DTS-X setup with speakers running down the sides in both low and high points of attack. I prefer the sound of DTS-X over Atmos. This theatre shines, the audio was very good, clean and clear with many active channels. You can clear high a difference in sound from rear and sides as well as sides high. Video: 4.7 stars. This Theater has a Laser projector. I wanted to come here pretty bad to see this thing. The projector is a Barco brand which is a pretty good brand. I have seen other Barco projection which I found to underperform on black levels and dark scenes. With the laser projector, I did not notice this issue as much. The dark scenes had lots of details that I could easily make out. I do think on dark scenes the projector gets a little dark. Bright scenes are very bright and clear. Nice and sharp! I dual projection would make a big difference with this size of a screen. The screen is 2.39:1 aspect ratio type with single projection. IMAX in the area is not that wide and has dual projection. This Barco projector is able to compete with a dual projection system and is a great looking screen. Seating: 5 stars! Epic has lots of room between your row and the row in front of you. SO MUCH room keeping the row in front of you low enough so their heads aren't in the way of your view. These electric reclining seats can go really far down, feels like you are almost laying down. Seats are nice, wide and comfy. The only area of failing was cleanliness. One of our seats was dirty and had a grease spot on it. The bathroom was downright dirty. Seeming too dirty of a new theater of his caliber.

    Reclining seats

Great theater with reclining seats that are clearly numbered. I watched Oppenheimer here and the sound was great in 7:1, I could clearly notice the difference in sound. There is a bar inside which I did not use but maybe next time. There is ample parking as it located in mall. The restrooms were also very nice and clean.

It is nice to see Titusville finally getting a quality movie theater. After the theaters at the (old) Miracle City Mall and Satellite Theaters (Searstown Mall), Epic Theaters is bringing the 2018 movie experience and quality in to Titusville. Located in Titus Landing, it is nice to see some quality come in to Titusville to replace the outdated Miracle City Mall. Reasonable prices for a movie theater. Reclining leather chairs are a bonus, but realistically in par with other newer theaters throughout the country.

So while going to Beall's with the kids, I smelled popcorn and decided to see if the theater was finally open and it was AND they had Lego Movie 2 starting in 10 mins. The staff was very friendly. All tickets are $5. My son was young enough to get in free. All theaters have different ages so I stopped asking after he turned 2. They have movie posters for $2. The popcorn was good. I got the kids combo and their candy was airheads. I didn't get a good look at their concessions menu since my visit was impromptu and I was trying hurry. Check out their Facebook for specials and updates. They take customer feedback seriously, so be respectful and patient. I think because they are being transparent about how things work with getting films, customers tend to be understanding. They also said they are remodeling, so that may also give them a chance to have more theaters available for another film in the future. I look forward to what the owners have planned for this theater. I have been to theaters like this in another state and it stayed busy even with a brand new theater across the street. I hope they keep the building clean, the service top notch, and stay in this great community.

You cannot reserve a seat, it's first come first serve. However I will say this theatre is never too busy and we have always found a great seat. You can buy your tickets in advance online or in person at concessions. They also have a rewards program with all purchases. Ticket prices are pretty standard but they do have really great specials, such as $5 tickets on Tuesday's. The concessions are similar to any other theatre. One thing that makes this theatre stand out is the nice seasoning station including nacho cheese, white cheddar and kettle corn. Comfort wise the theatres are very classically decorated with velvet walls. I feel it models a more old fashion look which is charming. The seats do not recline but they are comfortable. Apparently in the future they are having recliner chairs installed. That's very exciting. With a location right next to an ice cream store, an Italian restaurant, and of course, Hemingway's, their prices are very fair here. You're still gonna be paying more than normal because it is a movie theater, of course, but they offer a full coffee bar, as well as some delicious food. Not restaurant but more like chicken tenders and fries for a pretty approachable price. We've never had an issue with buying our tickets, ahead of time, or buying them there. They do not conduct seat reservations, but instead, you buy a ticket and go find a seat yourself once inside the theater. It's never too busy where it's inconvenient even when coming at prime time unless you're coming for a major event. They also can host events here on the second floor.

Overall, I would say it's more like a 3.5, but Yelp doesn't do halves. The location is convenient, the seating is usually enough to not miss a showtime, and that's about it. Some of the seating needs some maintenance, some screens have stains on them, the bathrooms can be messy, and I've experienced sound or video problems on more than one occasion. Their paid memberships make it worth going here. I get the overall state of affairs here though, with less people going to movies these days. You can see the COVID shift away from theaters everywhere you look - from the extra unmanned ticket booth and concession stands to the few AMC faces you see while you're in the building. I hope theaters survive. I love watching a movie from beginning-to-end with an audience who will simply watch the screen without a pause button to disengage them with every little distraction.
