I went years ago with a friend when they first opened and I had a fantastic experience. Now, years later, I have returned and had my mind blown! They have it ALL! You can get a simple snow cone (which includes 1-3 flavors) or party hard with some awesome toppings and ice cream/sorbet fillings! They have their own menu of signature concoctions that honestly all look amazing. The owner was brilliant when she came up with their combinations. My 2 friends and I all tried different items but were all equally happy with our selection. I chose the Oklahoma Sunset and my friends chose the Unicorn and the Fineapple. So so so delicious. I plan to come again very soon to try more of their amazing stuffed shaved ice. The mango sorbet is a perfect addition to the shaved ice. I would probably chose a sorbet over regular ice cream (which I tried on my first visit) but that's just a personal preference. I decided to get the salted pine-nilla soft serve treat and it was amazing. I'm glad that I got the 12 ounce because I thought it was gonna be too much but it was actually just the right amount. I also love that they support Christian ministry as well so for every treat that you purchase, they contribute a portion to Christian ministries and great causes. The service was great. It was a pretty fast experience and because the spot is so small on the inside they're whipping everything out in a hurry, but it gives you more time to enjoy your dessert. i had some art (photography) showing with a couple of other friends who are artists (that were…read moreshowing as well) during the 2nd friday norman art walk. we were on the hunt for some caffeine as we went from art gallery to art gallery. we recalled seeing something at the beginning of our walk & came back around to find out it was beanstalk. they came in the clutch. as soon as i walked in, i all of a sudden had a change of heart & started leaning towards a sno cone instead of coffee. my friend then points at the menu & there's a section of "beanstalk sno favorites". i see cold brew sno + cream & that's all i needed to look at. the sno cone is flavored with actual cold brew, not the other way around (cold brew flavor). that was major, it also gave me the buzz i needed & hit instantly. a good balance with the cream flavor as well. there are a handful of sizes to choose from & i went with the small, there's another small option called jack that comes in a plastic cup & makes your sno cone selection more appealing & ready for a photo op. this place is surrounded by bright enough colors to catch your eyes along with art being on display & for sale. the place itself is pretty spacious & has plenty of seating. the people who worked there were really nice & the wait on the order didn't take long (the place started filling up with customers as we were leaving). outside of the sno cones, there were so many pastries to choose from, i will be coming back for that alone.

We chatted about matcha and drinks, and she even encouraged me to try my drink before leaving to make sure I loved it. That little extra bit of customer service really stood out to me! I ended up coming back again because I was in the area, and this time I tried their coffee. I have to say, their espresso is GOOD. I'm not sure what beans they're using, but whatever they're doing, keep it up! The coffee was just as delicious as the matcha. While I was there, I also grabbed one of their seasonal scones -- the peach cobbler flavor -- and wow, it was amazing. The scone itself was delicious, and the icing on top was the perfect touch. I also found out that they make a lot of their syrups in-house, and you can truly taste the difference. Everything has such a fresh, unique flavor compared to your typical coffee shop.
