In an effort to stop the text messages, I left a review on Facebook saying that I do not recommend them because of this - and the owner was verbally abusive, aggressive, and condescending in her responses. Apparently you aren't allowed to disagree with them. I would stay away from this place at all costs. There are many better options you could go to for your workout needs.

So when I got back home I called up the local OT to check it out. I felt like I got a good run through of how everything is set up to work. I must be insane jumping into a 90 min class. I do like that they can give you options if you need. There are bikes, you can walk instead of running, and you can do variations of the circuit too. I decided to sign up to supplement my barre workouts. They have a couple different heart monitor device options. For June they were doing the first month free.
