The venue is clean and the help is helpful. The sound is great. The food was overpriced and underwhelming, along with a very limited selection. The drinks are priced comparably with other venues. The band was decent but not stellar. What really bothered me was the seating. The VIP seating in the mezzanine, which costs $20 extra, is composed of bar stools. As a person with back problems, I appreciate a chair with a back. Also the B seats don't offer a good view of the stage at all. They did find me a good seat on the floor, which I appreciate, but the plastic seats were very hard and I found them somewhat uncomfortable. I am a promoter and band member from Green Bay. Epic proved to be a sloppy, dishonest, and devious venue and it affected patrons and the band. Check bouncers, materially incompetent with seating arrangement set up that affected patrons, not honest, written promise breachers, and in my opinion no better than petty thieves that fight to keep per-chair rent for chairs they never put on the floor and they themselves removed from the sales seating chart and chair plan shortly in advance of the show. For Wish You Were Floyd 7/31/26, they (Ryan V. and Patrick T. of management) made over $10,000 on the act, paid the band on Friday, they praised the band, and by Monday they stopped payment on the check with zero notice to the band and for no stated reason. It was obviously due to financial difficulty of some sort. (They lied, claiming no idea of what happened, but check stoppage by their bank requires a request from them. I got on the phone and got it sorted out. I went to my bank to get a $12 fee waived for Epic's benefit. Hassle, and red flag.) With gross incompetence they ignored the website seating plan they put out to the public for ticket sales, and folks bought reserved front row AA left and right main floor seats in advance and showed up to find the seats not there and they were relocated to the back of the room upper mezzanine (the least popular area for sales by far) and the venue falsely claims in writing not to know that happened until told about it by me later. That can't be true. Patrons complained on the spot, and got relocated. The venue forgot to put out the reserved main floor tables too, (negligently shown in the wrong spot on the sales website) and I called that out not long before the show started. Remarkable lack of attention to detail. As for petty theft, the contract says promoter pays $2 per chair rent, and that's all, and the venue has collected payment in advance for chairs it never put out on the floor, it won't tell me how many chairs it put out on the floor in the face of repeated requests, and Patrick T. has repeatedly presented me with bogus numbers in non-responsive answers to the question of how many chairs were put on the floor, while ignoring the deletion of a significant number of seats from the seating chart that he himself had removed from the sales chart and chair plan after discussion, not long before the show date. That is truly astounding forgetfulness if not intentional oversight designed to scoop some money from the band. As if over $10,000 earned legitimately off the band is not enough. No way could he forget removing a bunch of chairs from the plan per discussion of the parties shortly before the show. And no way should per-chair rent be collected for chairs not provided. Ryan V. claimed in an email that an until-then undisclosed alleged Epic policy defeats the contract terms and allows collecting chair rent for chairs not put on the floor. It is bizarre to even have to argue about something like that. And to top it off, a little over a week ago they promised via email to finally tell me how many chairs they had put on the floor and issue a rebate, but then did not tell me how many chairs were put on the floor, claimed it was a higher number than it obviously is, and breached their written commitments to tell me how many chairs they put on the floor and issue me a rebate! I just sent a ten day demand letter. Deal with this place at your peril. read more

I've seen a few shows most recently Ice Nine Kills. This venue is unbelievable for shows that we may not get in Green Bay, WI if not for the work they do. The Epic has awesome sound, friendly bartenders and does a great job serving everyone that needs something. I've read other reviews, and I agree security is a little uneven, if you are in the mosh pit, you are taking your own chances, so I don't agree with security having to intervene. But with no place to sit on the main floor for 4+ hour shows, I've seen people get yelled at for leaning against gates and things, pretty unrealistic expectations. Small venue with great views, ideal sound, and unique acts make this a local gem! read more

I came here for an Atmosphere/Sage Francis show. It was just a short drive from Oshkosh. Tickets were very reasonable. When we got there parking was super easy and plentiful. The audio sounded really nice and you could tell that it wasn't a very old system. Drinks were very easy to get and pretty reasonable price as well. The bathrooms were clean and I had a really good time so I'll definitely be back in the future hopefully to see some more Rap shows. read more

Security was horrible---crowd surfing & slam dancing not managed by security. We got pushed and shoved all through the show which was ridiculous. Took away from the show and the artist tried to ignore it. There was a fight because of the slam dancing because people were being pushed around. The instigator got a bloody nose but wasn't kicked out...smh. This occurred during the whole show---not a thing was done. It was such a disappointment & honestly not safe. Last night on 3/8/2025, I saw Linkin Park's tribute band, In the End. I don't know what security company you privately hire, but my God, I hope you reconsider getting a new one. This tall, heavy-build, blonde-haired woman was targeting me from the very beginning! First, she wouldn't allow me to bring my bag in. It was a very very small bag with only my keys in it. She held up a 10"x10" cardboard sign, placed my bag on there, and it went off the cardboard by half of an inch. Mind you, I only had my keys in there and I brought it to buy the band's merch and put it in there. She made me go put it back in my car. The band was selling the SAME EXACT bag at their merch booth! Hmmm, isn't that ironic?! I told the band's merch guy and he said, "that's absolutely ridiculous! It's small and WE'RE SELLING IT!!!" Then the same woman found me after the show and refused to give me my personal space, closely following me as I drank my water, telling me that I needed to leave. There were still sooooooo many people in the venue! She refused to leave my side, and she even walked into the bathroom with me!!! I should've asked her if she wanted to wipe my ass too, sheesh!!! I wasn't drunk, I DON'T DRINK AT ALL!! She refused to give me ANY privacy. She was on a major power and control trip!!!! Also, I actually know the band personally, and have relayed this to them and their management. Next time they tour, we'll go somewhere else!!!! She was sooooo rude and truly was profiling and discriminating against me!!!!!! If she thinks she was, "doing her job", last I checked, harassment and straight discrimination are NOT how you treat your guests, especially friends of the band!!!!! Bartenders are slow and absolutely don't know the difference between having fun and having a couple drinks. Before we saw glam band, we got kick out by the bartender because she served us an extra drink....but yet, security told us a different story. we were literally eating pizza. The fact that we were chilling at the bar and she couldn't use her tablet is ridiculous. Move your fat ass to accommodate guests. I don't recommend going here. Horrible bartenders and customer service. Only go there if you are sober. read more

Went to DJ PAULY D and had the worst order of openers, there was a popular Milwaukee artist for the first opener then a mid range artist for the second then the headliner (DJ PAULY D), we were hyped up and ready for the headliner after first opener then the second opener came on and it was a vibe killer, so we decided to sit down and got yelled at/confronted about sitting down on the floor by a door for "drinking hazard", I genuinely dont know what a drinking hazard is if I'm sitting down after 2 vodka redbulls hah, then on top of that minding our own business. How do they expect to have an edm/DJ scene if you can't be chill and have a good time or sit down. Maybe offer seating then you wouldn't have to be so harsh on rules,1 star. No good. read more

First time here, saw a comedy show, what a great venue! They have a great space on the main floor that has the stage, bathrooms, seating, and bar. they set the area up specifically for the event. There is also an upstairs area that is open so you can see the stage with tables and chairs. I was driving so I didn't have any drinks but I did hear some people commenting the bar didn't take cash and they had to load a card or something, not sure what that was about but they were confused by whatever the process was. Nice concert venue. The bar only accepts credit cards (no cash). Drinks are reasonably priced. Staff, for the most part was excellent. One of the door staff gave me a hard time as I walked through the metal detector. He had us remove all of our belongings and hold them above our heads. As I passed through the metal detector, he shouted "NO FLASHLIGHTS". Sorry man, I just waited outside in a line in the freezing cold for over an hour, I'm not going back to my car to put away my daily carry flashlight!! He kept shouting "NO flashlights allowed!" I put it back in my pocket and walked past him into the venue. He has an attitude problem. The rest of the staff was fantastic. read more

My kid and I saw two of the most legendary live music performances in the last 7 months here and incredibly both were $25 tickets. The Yachtley Crew whom has a large presence on YouTube where I can reminisce that evening and also Hairball was so much fun. I hope they have both bands back sooner than later. read more

The security staff are consistently unprofessional. Not referring to the police officers which also staff the venue during shows, they do a great job & are personable. Referring to whatever private agency for which they pay security to suppliment the already present LEOs. Both times our group went to events there was unacceptable conduct by needlessly cocky security staff, in addition to general cheap quality of venue & lack of sanitation. It is a shame, the building is in a good location, there have been various big name acts there, less crowded than the resch center. Additionally during shows when the act is performing and the regular lights are off, there are 2 large obnoxious TV screens on both sides of the stage which brightly advertise the venue you're already in & their cheap $5 pizza which disrupts the shows. Between unprofessional overzealous security staff & cheap quality of experience, will not be going back- it's not worth it, you'd have a better time going to any local bar for a live music show. (I do not drink so don't have comment on Epic's alcoholic beverage service, they offer it but so do 5,000 other places locally.) read more
