JoAnn took her time and in no way rushing in styling an updo for me and also with my girlfriend that worked very well with our preferred hairstyles.  Also, based on her expertise, she suggested hairstyles best suited to our face shapes, which was in sync with our chosen styles. When it came to make-up makeover, this took about an hour & a half for each of us to be completed.   It began with the prepping of my facial skin and the same as with the hairstyles, she never rushed.   She made me and my girlfriend as glamorous but in a soft and natural glam ways.  Our morning appointment with JoAnn started first thing in the morning and ended about 5 hours for 2 people.   Our make-up stayed the whole day and night,  never been retouched but looking moist, luminous, and radiant.   We received compliments from other wedding guests with our updo and make-up.   Thank you JoAnn for making our day no stress and looking glamorous!

I followed up again before the holidays and received no response. This experience showed a clear lack of follow-through and unprofessional communication. For events where reliability and timely responses are critical, this was extremely disappointing. I was not a bride, but I was still a potential paying customer deserving of basic communication. I reached out to Cristina four times via email and never heard back. I was honestly very frustrated given I really wanted to book with her and I couldn't. Again I have nothing bad to say about her styling but I found her counterpart @hairby.chuy to be a lot easier to communicate with and his hair skills seem to be on par with hers.
