It was her first time getting lip filler, and from the beginning, the injector was extremely pushy about trying to get her to upgrade to a more expensive, "higher-quality" filler. She made it seem as though my mom was making a huge mistake by choosing the discounted filler. If Versa filler is being promoted as part of the special, I don't understand why customers are made to feel like they're choosing an inferior option for using the promotion. I told the injector TWICE that we wanted to stick with the filler we had already paid for, and my mom also said no, yet she continued trying to convince us to upgrade. Once a customer has clearly said no, that should be respected. I don't know if the injectors work on commission, but the sales pitch was so persistent that my mom actually wanted to leave because she felt pressured and became worried that she would end up with lips she didn't want. The wait time was also ridiculous. Her appointment was at 4:15 PM, and we didn't leave until 5:40 PM. I've had filler done at the Chino and Newport locations and have always been in and out in under an hour, so this was a completely different experience. Go to another location.

I came from LA/LB area just for me not to get anything done. I was basically coming in for botox and smile line fillers or the facial balancing treatment. The Dr was nice, but she just didnt seem to want to do anything to me because i guess there were more patients coming in and they were fully booked? Mind you, i was the only patient there. I specifically told the girl on phone i was maybe gonna do the FB treatment or the Smile lines for sure, i just wanted a consultation before i did that. The Dr basically said i didnt need it. I told her what was bothering me on my face. She seemed so ehhh. I wanted to be snatched. She wasnt giving me those vibes to do anything cause she said i didnt need it honestly. I was ready to drop 1200 for all my treatments, unfortunately i left because she said for me to come on friday for the smile line fillers, Im definitely not driving back on a friday from LA. Traffic was already terrible coming there. Cant imagine a Friday. She still offered to do my botox but honestly i felt rushed and uncomfortable. I never leave bad reviews ever. And this isn't a bad review. They just need to do better at scheduling and keeping a longer appointment for clients who want consultation and want to more treatments. Shortly after walking through the door, things took a turn. I was given the intake form which I completed. Then I was told, I had to pay before my services were even started. The woman at the front told me she would "maybe be leaving early" because she had "stuff to do." She said you normally pay after but I would be paying before. Worst case scenario, I was racially profiled and made to pay early. Less worst case scenario, I was still treated differently than normal and as a first time guest. I wasn't offered any refreshments or anything. I stuck it out because my boyfriend put thought into it, but the experience was ruined before it even started for me. I hoped the massage would make up for it...it didn't. My door was left open which is weird considering I had no clothes on and the massage was just alright. Once completed, the masseuse left the room with my door open again for me to have to get up nearly naked to close it so I could get dressed. I turned on the lights to see the satin pillow topper that was removed once I turned from lying on my stomach to my back during the massage was on the floor. I'll include a picture of what I saw and was lying on. I quickly got dressed and made my way to the exit where a choir of employees started the "excuse me, excuse me!" chant as if I was running out without paying. If you're going to make me pay ahead of time, communicate that to others so I'm not accosted while trying to leave. All and all, I won't be coming back and I don't know how they have good reviews.
