From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services, the Broker was incredibly responsive and helpful, the entire way through. The boat we rented was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect day , and sunset! out on the water. The captain provided was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also friendly and accommodating, making our entire trip even more enjoyable. The only advise I'd say is make sure you tell your captain you got jet skiis. I almost didn't mention it assuming they knew. But when I asked where we stop for jet skiis after planning the route we had a minor change in the route because they advised they weren't told and sometimes it's not communicated. They also had several charters a day so I understand anyone can make a mistake. Always good anyway to cover all ends and not assume. Oh, one more thing to keep in mind. Day of charter, the captain texts you from a different number. They tell you to go to a different address that's not the listed one for this company. The address the captain gives you is the actual dock where they pick you up. Going into this blind, this would've been a good piece of mind to know because it looked a little sus. But just let the guy at the gate know which boat you're there for and who your captain is and he will have knowledge. our experience was nothing short of exceptional. I guess a combination of alcohol, sun, and waves helped for a headache to spawn in a couple of us, so I knew we needed to get some Advil and quick. As everyone sat and ordered lunch at Monty's, the Snoops and I made our way to you, the little marina/boating store located directly in front of Monty's. What a lifesaver. Once inside, we quickly decided to take a glance around at all of the boating goodies. From first aid to safety equipment, from extra parts to finish rods, from life vests to sunblock, there wasn't anything one couldn't find. What followed was two weeks of me having to pester customer service about whether a replacement shipment had been sent and when I could expect it to arrive. Customer service was slow to respond to my emails. Eventually I did receive my paint, but was surprised to find that the cans, which are not very sturdy, were packed only in bubble wrap and shipped in an over-sized box. Two of them were dented, and I can easily see why the first shipment was destroyed -- the packaging was inadequate for the task. So, I'm happy to have finally received my order, but not thrilled about it taking three weeks and two tries to get here.

We had our two boys with us (9&11) and they both made sure they were involved and that they caught their fair share of fish. They both worked very hard to make sure we had a great experience. They were knowledgeable about the area and where to find the fish. They were talkative and made sure that the boys learned things as we went through the day about how they knew where to find fish, things about boating, the area and the fish. They had a cooler stocked with ice for us to put our food and drinks in. This was helpful since we were out there for so long. Ben was on point with what needed to be done to ensure we had a great experience also. He was all over the boat hooking up lines, bait, watching multiple lines and helping the kids. Captain Himey also was helping when he wasn't navigating the boat. He knew the hot spots to take us so that we had the best chance of catching fish. On the way in he also stopped along the jetty for the kids to catch a few more small fish, he knew they were there and that they would bit quick. It was a great ending to the day. Everyone had a blast. It was well worth the cost. Wish we would have been able to keep the fish but we couldn't. Not doable in a hotel. The captain and Ben were going to make sure it all went to good use. Great experience, HIGHLY recommend.

RUN - CPT HIMEY / BRANDON ARE THIEVES…read more on June 16th, 2023, my family and other friends booked a private fishing trip with Captain Himey, and another employee by the name of Brandon. What seemed harmless at first quickly devolved into an atrocious nightmare to put it the nicest way possible. We were a small group of 6 people, relatively new to fishing, and wanted a nice birthday surprise for my father. We caught 3 LARGE BLACKFIN TUNA(this is important), Brandon a staff member mentioned that it was the biggest blackfin he's seen on this boat. Toward the end of the trip, CPT HIMEY began to scold my dad out loud about his fishing technique. My dad ignored him so that CPT HIMEY's soft shallow crumbling ego wouldn't dissolve into thin air. CPT HIMEY repeated his rude comments for about 10-15 minutes while nobody responded to him. This was a surprise as it's not only incredibly disrespectful, irresponsible, and unprofessional. We paid a lot of money for a private boat and we should at least expect mutual respect. IF you thought this could not get worse, just wait After the most horrific service I've ever had the grueling pain of experiencing CPT HIMEY & BRANDON are on the phone yelling "What the fuck is this tip, i worked my fucking ass off" in front of us. My family was so happy to get off his boat safely. The man is insane and should not be trusted to drive a boat into the ocean. The boat docks and Brandon starts to cut our fish, we specifically requested that nobody cuts the fish about 4-5 times. He slices the fish poorly leaving lots of meat on the bones and filets cut in half. We watch him cut one Tuna, he says he cut the rest of the fish on the boat. HE REPEATS 3 more times that the other tunas are already cut... strange that they were cut separately. We arrive back home (a 2-hour drive away) We open all our bags and notice that we have 2 filets of tuna in a plastic bag. SURPRISE, they stole two of our fish. We send a photo to the owner of the company. HE calls us to tell us that they were unhappy with their tip and then tells us that they actually just forgot to take out our fish, he later explains that we can drive back to them tomorrow and they will cut the fish. Our immediate question was, you mentioned multiple times the fish is already cut, Brandon and CPT HIMEY also mentioned multiple times on the boat that the fish was cut. We were never given a time or location to meet and simply a "come tomorrow" As if they aren't out on the boats all day. We were reminded multiple times that we should've tipped even more, AS IF our tip warrants the theft of our fish. End of the story is that CPT HIMEY & BRANDON, stole our fish, disrespected my family and the children on the boat. It does not feel safe or welcoming and is not cheap at all. No other boats at any of their sites other than Sapona, which is a wreck dive just a few miles from South Bimini. I could do a whole review on this site alone. There's something to be said for diving without 2 or 3 other boats on the same site much less anywhere to be seen. Back to The Juliet, she used to be a cargo ship now converted to a liveaboard dive ship with enough room for 12 guests and 6 crew. Upon arrival you will be treated like a guest and depart feeling like family. Outfitted with the diver in mind, it's super easy to get spoiled diving from the Juliet. Super easy giant stride off either side, the best ladder I've ever used to exit the water and 15 ft bar to assist on those 3-minute safety stops. The crew operates like a well-oiled machine with each one doing whatever needs to be done. Unfortunately, we did have a medical emergency on the trip and the crew immediately went into action and got the Coast Guard involved in an air lift operation to get the afflicted passenger to hospital care. All the while they kept the rest of us updated on what was going on. Sorry no pictures, but this was impressive on all accounts. Back to the fun diving part... The Juliet offers Nitrox only diving (they can certify you if you're not already), 3 day and 1 night dive are offered daily, the dives range from 20'-100' and you can lionfish hunt or take photos to your heart's content. We did do a couple of drift dives, but the current wasn't really cooperating. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Jimmy for taking care of all our lionfish and keeping the boat running, Frenchie for making them into ceviche and some of the best lobster bisque ever, Matt excellent DM and the great dive briefings, Lyndsey for her great love and knowledge of 'fish of the dive', John N. for night watch and all the little things, John B.
