Extremely Disappointing Service - Look Elsewhere
Paid $175 for a one-hour limousine service to transport daughter and her court from Cielo Vista Mall to her Sweet 16 venue. What should have been a special moment turned into a nightmare due to multiple equipment failures and unprofessional customer service.
Service Issues:
- Interior lights non-functional
- Air conditioning failed on a 100-degree day
- Only one window could be opened
- My daughter's professionally applied makeup was ruined due to excessive heat and sweating
When I contacted their communications team to politely address these concerns, I was met with defensive and dismissive responses. Rather than apologizing or offering solutions, they claimed they had done us a "favor" by accepting a one-hour booking and stated we were the "only ones complaining" - despite acknowledging the equipment failures themselves.
Customer Service Failures:

There are better options available that will actually deliver the service you pay for without making you feel like you're asking for favors when basic equipment functions properly.
