The flakes in my garage came off very easily and did NOT correctly put the clear coat. Within a day the flooring showed various cracks and the flakes were not even spread out evenly and had many bald spots and spots with heavy flaking. I asked 2 different professionals to see if the job was done correctly and I was told that the flooring was not done correctly at all and recommended I request a refund. I requested a refund from these people for the terrible work they did because I had to hire somebody else to completely remove everything. And redo it. This contractor did not respond to my messages regarding a refund and simply left me on read. Terrible service and cost me thousands. Please DO NOT use them.

I was shocked to see parts of the roof had inflated into large bubbles, and one of the eaves was pulling away. Of course, it was perfectly flat when installed by A-1 Roofing in 2007, and performed flawlessly over the past 16 years, far beyond the warranty. In fact, despite the grotesque deformation, the marvelous barrier was doing exactly as intended--keeping the wet & exterior climate from intruding into our living space. In fact, because the roll roof A-1 had installed on the almost flat ~1800 square foot area had survived as long as it did made it easy for me. I normally would contact several roofers/obtain quotes/compare for the best deal, but the excellent performance of the 2007 roof was all the evidence I needed to have A-1 do it again. Their timing was better than expected, only 2.5 days from the moment their roll-away dumpster was deposited in one half of our driveway until roofers JOSE & JAIME were putting the finishing touches on the stunning hot-mopped/white granulated roof/Sun-averse white painted squares around the vents/swamp cooler jacks, I could see another wise investment in our home. I really appreciated their attention to details like a well-installed/new drip edge along the inside & outside roof perimeter, and constantly cleaning up behind themselves/work area. It was expensive (~$12,500), maybe two or three times as much as the usual hot-mop roll roof (~$4,000; which we've had before with other roofers during our 30+ years here), but those roofs might last a third or a fourth as long, so we're really saving money paying for the extra-special roll roofing. There is no question in my mind that A-1 Roofing definitely has my coveted "¡Wheel of Approval!"

I found out when my rook leaked again that he used aluminum coating instead and told him to recoat with elatomeric as originally agreed. He has refused. He came to reseal the flat roof in the areas that were already cracked and within 2 weeks, I have noticed that he did another shoddy job. When I first got to know him, he presented himself as somebody that is fiscally responsible and ready to serve as County Commissioner Pct.4. Do yourself a favor, he is not allow him to sweet talk you. He does not keep his word and athe job he has done for me has been shoddy. I am still waiting for him to reply to my BBB complaint (1 week and counting).

Lucky Campos (son) came to my home (they actually kept this appointment) and gave me an estimate and signed a contract which will turn one year old next month. Periodic rain showers eventually made its way to El Paso and also into my residence after roof work had been completed by Campos & Son. I sustained minor water damage in several locations in my home on my ceilings and called the company back to take a look and fix the issue. When the roofing employees showed up, they spotted some deficiencies and attempted to correct the problem areas. It took two visits before I was able to finally get the work done correctly. A short time after the second visit for repairs, I sustained more water damage inside my home around other areas. I contacted Campos &Son Roofing & Construction and spoke to a gentleman named William who took my information and scheduled an appointment. I took off work one day and no one showed up and no one called. I called again and received an apology and attempted to reschedule as William said he would call me back when he got back to the office. No phone call was received. The company was referred to me by family members who also stated Campos & Son will not return calls but I'll defer to them for reviews and ratings. When receiving a quote, the company will tell you that they are licensed and bonded however will not take out permits for work to be completed which will leave you out on a limb (I know this now after contacting the City of El Paso). After spending $2000 dollars, I've now been left with interior ceiling damage that should have not occurred in such a short amount of time after having my roof done. I urge you to use due diligence in hiring a company that is competent and will live up to what they claim is complete and professional service.
