If I could give negative stars I would!!! When we moved into our apartment at 1906 Kamak, the doors were damaged, the carpet was horrible, the fridge did not work and it took them 2 weeks to get us a new fridge.... I recently moved out from there and I fixed holes that were in walls, I cleaned that place from top to bottom! This place is ready to move into right now.... I was told when I did the walkthrough that everything looked amazing and I would be getting my deposit back!!! (Have pictures of the documents that says everything is clean and great) When I called to ask when I could expect my deposit back they said I would not be getting it back because the whole place has to be painted (bull sh**) and all of a sudden there is a huge scratch on the hardwood floors??? Hmm.. where did that come from because it was not there when I left!! I have pictures from before and after to prove this!!!! Oh and did I mention that the same person who told me I would be getting my deposit back because everything looks great is the same person who gets paid to paint the rentals for Cathy.... isn't that a little strange... guess Christmas is coming soon, gotta screw someone over to get that little extra money in your pocket I guess!!! I have tried numerous times to talk to Cathy Eoff and she will NEVER speak to her tenants, she puts all her dirty work on her employees, who by the way are very very rude!!! They hang up on you if they are not hearing what they want to hear... I realize that I am only one person here but I would NEVER recommend renting from Eoff realty ever!!!!! Horrible horrible people all the way around!! Yes the apartments are cheap to rent, but if you choose to rent from them be certain you are willing to take it in the rear later! We rented from them for 1 year. Normally I will not say anything bad, but this experience was very much worth mentioning for other possible future renters. Before we moved in, the property was showed to us, it was pretty dirty but the nice lady (no longer works there) said a cleaning lady would come in and clean. We saw the bedroom window was cracked. I instantly told her that I would like this fixed before we moved in, she assured me it would be. It never was. This crack stretched from the top right to bottom left of the whole top pane of the window. (This same lady told me to take pictures of my apartment before I moved in, and did.) Next, a cleaning lady (if she came) never cleaned my apartment before we moved in. The oven was disgusting and turned my sink BLACK when I had to clean the racks. Thick white powder kept coming up out of the carpet no matter how many times I vacuumed the floors. Also my deadbolt did not work when we moved in. Since I love to feel SAFE in my home I replaced it and immediately brought keys up to the office so they would have a set. I did this out of my own pocket, and was greeted by anger at this. I would have never replaced it if the property had been maintained. You also have to mow your own lawn. Never mind that there is NO place to keep a lawnmower. I gave 30 days notice that I was moving out on exactly 1 year from moving in. I was told that my lease said I had 1 month to go. They tried to hold me to a lease I didn't even SIGN. I kept calling trying to make sure I could do the walk through of the property to make sure she understood that I maintained the apartment in BETTER conditions than when I moved in. She never allowed me to walk through with her, or called me back about the matter. She kept my deposit despite giving her notice and leaving it completely clean when I moved out. When I confronted her about the new lease and such in her office I was told to sit on the couch, I did so. She then called the police and told them I REFUSED to leave. I did not, she asked me to stay. Also whenever you turned in a maintenance ticket or tried to get her to do something, she would not. My a/c thermostat was broken and never worked right. My freezer did not seal. My dishwasher was put in wrong and flooded my kitchen. I have lived in many states and have rented from several people. This was the WORST experience. Sure the space fro 450$ was nice. The neighborhood was quiet. But the rental company was horrible. Please be aware of this. I have heard numerous stories that are the same, and I want to save the next renter some heartache. Rent from someone else. read more

My daughter and her boyfriend rent an apartment from them in Beebe, AR. They have RAW SEWAGE leaking up from the floor in the downstairs bathroom. SEVERAL calls to the landlord are going unanswered. This is a safety hazard. These people DO NOT care about their rental properties or the people in them!!! When listing my house to sell with them I had a idea of what i wanted to list it for that would be a fair starting price. the agent said that I could get 10k more than that so we started the listing higher, after 6 months 1 person looked at it. i listed it with another company for what I wanted to. It took a year to sell but I had 12 people stop and look and 3 offers. Eoff was just wanting to get as much commission as they could, not helping me sell the house. They also have rentals, after I sold my house I rented a place from them for 2 years. Big mistake on my part. They dont care about upkeep on the rentals. I called them many times about everything from the ac not working right, faucets leaking, roof leaking the refrigerator smelling burnt then not working at all. They did get the refrigerator fixed in 3 days but after that when it defrosted the water leaked on the floor. I replaced the kitchen faucet and the belt on the clothes dryer myself. As for the roof leak they sent someone out usually a couple of weeks later after I would call 3 or 4 times. In 2 years they sent out a guy 3 times and he just went up and hammered in a couple of nails. That would usually stop the leak for a storm or two then leak would start again. The last time I called a few times and the person said that the roofer told them next time he would have to take up some of the shingles to fix it. ( the person from eoff was saying it like, gee that would be a lot of work,) they never fixed it. A gallon of rain on the kitchen floor every time it rains is a big leak to me. I ended up climbing up into the attic and nail a piece of metal to the rafters to deflect the water to the back wall. I also gave them 30 day notice when moving out. After 2 months I called them about the deposit and got a run around. It took 10 calls and another month, before they sent a check. It was about half of the deposit.They stuck me with a cleaning charge. The place was a lot cleaner when I moved out then when i moved in. Also a couple of other charges that were unfounded. I had moved 1000 miles away so not much I could do about it. If you have to sleep in your car you would be better off. read more
