I have had to contact the Cabot Police about loud music and physical altercations they were involved in. My 17 year old daughter witnessed the fight from her bedroom window and was terrified. When I tried to market them to get rented they got angry with me. Robert Vowell took over my properties 1.5 years ago and turned them around and they are actually now making money and I am considering building more units. She had already had a full day showing houses to someone else. Great service. We instantly liked her and felt she was so knowledgeable and knew where to get info if she didn't know the answers. She never has left us hanging. We put an offer on a home a couple of weeks later and because of the sellers and their realtor ended in termination. Shelly felt so bad for us and promised to help us find something else. Shelly is really an amazing real estate agent. She cares about her clients and their families. My Loan Officer asked me where we got Shelly and I told her and asked her why. She said Shelly was so thorough and knowledgeable and has been so amazing for her to work with.
