I'll provide the details below, but the short form is Brad Bradley and Enzo Custom did a phenomenal job in producing a suit for me. The five stars awarded by myself and the other posters here are well deserved. I presented Mr. Bradley with a challenge. I'm not a young man, and I was not seeking a suit in the current fashion. I'm twice retired in life, and all of my suits had been tailored based on a suit I liked from a 1930's men's-wear advertisement. But, it had many years since those suits had been made and, after a significant weight loss, it was time to have another suit tailored. After due research, everything pointed to Enzo Custom, but my concern was its target audience is the younger man seeking a suit in the current fashion, which I am not and don't. I sent Enzo Custom a scan of that 1930's men's-wear ad (yes, I still had it) and asked if they could produce a suit like that for me. Mr. Bradley responded that he felt he could. The experience couldn't have been simpler. Knowing I was going for a summer-weight suit, he provided a selection of the most suitable fabrics for me to select. By and large, the other details were to be identical to my other suits (one of which I wore so he could gauge the design himself). There was a mild learning curve, mostly regarding the placement of the top two buttons of the 6 x 4 arrangement. But the final product, which I received two days ago, is outstanding! It fits like it was sewn on me and is so comfortable I could sleep in it. Most important, the suit has that classic look I wanted. Some changes were made from the design in the 1930's suit in the ad. The suit's shoulders were less structured; the lapels were made slightly wider, with the gorges raised. But those were all improvements---the suit even more evokes the vintage style I wanted. Even my wife, who would prefer that I moved up my taste in clothing five or six decades, loves the suit. Mr. Bradley and Enzo Custom did an impressive job, and I commissioned a sport jacket from them the same day I received the suit. This is my first custom fitting. The Enzo location is in Uptown Charlotte, NC with easy parking and an incredible view. I met with Brad who patiently took the time to explain the whole process to me. He then asked me where I would be wearing my outfits and the types of events I would be attending. After going through a number of fabrics we chose three different fabrics for the jackets and a variety of fabrics for the custom shirts. The fitting process is very easy yet very detailed. I knew after the first fitting that everything was going to fit perfectly and the details would be incredible. In just a few weeks Brad received the jackets for me to come in for the final adjustments. Brads attention to detail and style are immaculate. His understanding of how the fabrics will fit in the different climates and venues helped immensely. He made a slight change to the sleeve length and had the final product shipped to my home. The jackets and shirts fit like a glove. I have never felt so comfortable and owe it all to Brad and Enzo. I can say for sure I will never buy another jacket or shirt off the rack again. The shirts are perfect.... The jackets are perfect. There is a huge difference between good and outstanding - this product and service is outstanding. Last week I met with Dan in his showroom in Charlotte for a consultation. I am in the process of finding myself a custom wedding suit for my upcoming marriage in May. Dan was awesome. Had a great experience ordering a three-piece suit for my wedding with Brad. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and guided me through the process, offering valuable feedback and not pushing me into anything I didn't want. Just got my first suit from Enzo. Dan was great through the whole process (highly recommend him). I got a "custom" suit once before, but it didn't turnout like I expected.
