I have been here a couple times before and had some solid experiences. The process started when I went in for a fitting of the suit. As the outfit was predetermined, all I had to do was give the staff my code. From there, they began the process of obtaining my measurements. After getting my measurements, pieces of clothing were brought out in order for me to try them on. Some trial and error, but thankfully we were able to find the perfect matches. Some final measurements for alterations and they sent me on my way. I returned a couple weeks later after the suit was ready to try everything on. The staff was very patient with process by showing me proper methods and also provided honest feedback. Everything fit very well, so I was sent on my way, suit in hand. All in all, I have had pleasant experiences at the location. The staff is usually pretty quick to give you a helping hand when you enter the store. It's actually pretty big as well which makes for easy parking and leaves feelings of claustrophobia at the door. Going through the process of finding a suitable should be an easy time if you go through this location.

We went to Macy's and Nordstrom's to see if I could buy anything off the shelf.......nothing. I found Ole mason Jar Clothier online and walked the few blocks to their wonderful store. We were greeting by Brad and Filipe and explained my dilemma. Now think about this for a moment........I asked them at 11:00 am if there was any chance that I could buy a suit and just have the pants altered or pinned up for a wedding that was happening that day at 5:00 pm. The answer was "Yes, we can make that happen." I was shocked. Filipe asked what size I was and I answered a 46 regular........Brad looked at me and said put him in a 44 reg. It fit better than any suit I have ever owned. All of their clothes are their own brand and designed by them. Their material, stitching, and cut, were beautiful. I was measured and handed the suit back to Filipe. He bolted to the seamstress. My wife and I had lunch and the suit was ready in less that 2.5 hours. As one of my first experiences purchasing products from a business reopening during Covid I must tell you that it was such a grand experience. He was so tentative and was also very patient and sweet with our 2 year old daughter while my husband was customizing and being sized for suits. We really felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and satisfaction, and we appreciate that so much. When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. I will also mention that both managers who I interacted with were equally wonderful. But when I opened the bag at the wedding, my pants had a stain on the back and my shoes were the wrong size. They were really tight. Picked the replacements up the morning of the wedding and they were about an inch or 2 short. I asked if they could alter but the seamstress was out for whatever reason...go figure. The shirt looked like it hadn't been pressed or cleaned since last rental and it was also way too big. That's when I found Empire. James, the owner, was so helpful and knowledgable. He will take your measurements, find the style and fit of the suit you're looking for, and along the way, give you helpful styling tips. Pushy salesman make me feel really uncomfortable, but James is nothing of the sort. He treated me as though I was an old friend stopping in to say hello. The prices here are very reasonable and far better than any department store around. I was able to purchase two quality suits (and had them altered) all in one shop for an incredible price.
