I will never be coming back here. my nails are not what I wanted. the lady cut me then put acetone on it. She kept yanking in pushing my arms away I can definitely move them on my own btw. My mom asked for short square nails and grey. I asked for black coffin nails. It was supposed to be a fun mother daughter thing. We don't always get our nails done sometimes it's a treat. I didn't expect about 3 weeks later my pink nail to hurt. I don't get my nails done a lot nobody talked to me that say aside from getting us in and out like cattle. When I reached out on Facebook no reply. I called and customer service was super bad. Very rude. Said if I had money to get them done then why didn't I go back (with no regard of what my financials are). This was the manager. Acted like I knew that it would get fixed for free but there is no fixing the amount of pain or discomfort I was in. It still is sore. I'm not a sissy to pain either. It doesn't matter who paid don't treat people like cattle and rush a service the customer is paying for. I work in retail and as a waitress. Customer service is important! I wouldn't want someone else having a terrible experience. Bad customer service. Nail technicians too busy looking to see how many they can get in... And over all not worth the pain of a mistake they could have stopped by paying more attention. They blamed the customer for their actions. First time customer, will NEVER return. My daughter and I rarely go get our nails done, thought it would be nice to do together. Place looked like it would be alright. The little lady that was doing my nails wasn't even paying attention to anything she was doing. I told her "square" my nails ended up looking like she was trying to make them look like "duck nails" which are not flattering. I wanted a shimmering grey blue color, she put a bright shimmering blue. I told her shorter, she kept them longer. The man that was doing my daughter's nails took the grinder to her pinky nail so far down it was sore, couldn't figure out why til a couple weeks later when she soaked the nail to get it off. (Another nail tech helped) Her nail was so ground down, it was almost construction paper thin. Apparently, they are worried more about doing what they want than paying attention to what they're supposed to be doing. Hearding us in and out like cattle, instead of taking their time. Oh yes, and you call to speak to the manager about it; she says "it's you're fault that your nail is that way." If I could give place this a negative review, I so would. They need customer service skills upgraded for sure. read more

I was excited that a new nail salon was opening in our community. Unfortunately, Envy Nails has been a disappointment. I have given them SEVERAL opportunities to "make it right". 1. During my first visit, the owner of the salon cut my cuticle with the drill (he also cut my cuticle with an emery board during a subsequent visit). 2. During a following visit, I specifically requested NO GEL ... surprise! I was given gel polish. 3. I scheduled an appointment for my friend and myself for Memorial Day weekend. I physically walked into the salon several days before and watched the employee write down my information in an appointment book. The day of our appointment, we were rudely told we had no appointment, "she didn't write it down", etc. 4. Yesterday, I requested a specific nail tech, and was told she was available. I was given another tech who was rude, rough (pushing my hands if I didn't hold them the way he wanted). He then did not match my hand polish with my toe polish. All the while, the tech I requested walked about the salon, chatting with other techs. To top off this abysmal customer service, the salon is dirty and cluttered. I don't know how a new salon can be in such a state. Do yourself a favor ... avoid this business like the plague!!! read more
