I didn't expect about 3 weeks later my pink nail to hurt. I don't get my nails done a lot nobody talked to me that say aside from getting us in and out like cattle. When I reached out on Facebook no reply. I called and customer service was super bad. Very rude. Said if I had money to get them done then why didn't I go back (with no regard of what my financials are). This was the manager. Acted like I knew that it would get fixed for free but there is no fixing the amount of pain or discomfort I was in. It still is sore. I'm not a sissy to pain either. It doesn't matter who paid don't treat people like cattle and rush a service the customer is paying for. I work in retail and as a waitress. Customer service is important! I wouldn't want someone else having a terrible experience. Bad customer service. Nail technicians too busy looking to see how many they can get in... And over all not worth the pain of a mistake they could have stopped by paying more attention. They blamed the customer for their actions. I didn't grind my nail down. 10/10 recommend to just go elsewhere...

This is nowhere close and also is just outright ugly with no skill set behind it. She gave me too wide of tips, no shaping, too long and some were crooked. I tried asking her to fix the first mistake I saw but she did nothing about it and that's when I knew this was going to go poorly. Prior I tried making an appt so they would know it's for a special event and they said don't worry about it, everyone here is good.. I chopped it all off and went somewhere more professional to redo it.

I came in and got my nails done with my mother. The building was decently clean. We waited for…read moreabout an hour to get our nails done (we both only got our acrylic nails done) I sat down in my chair to get my nails done and my nail technician's hands were really dirty. The technician though was very friendly as were all the employees that I could tell. My nails though were not done very well. There were bubbles in the acrylic of the nails, the design on the nails were not done very well and the shape (almond) were too wide for my taste (just my preference on that though) but within the first 48 hours of having my nails one had already cracked due to the bubbles in the acrylic. The tech was very gentle and did not hurt me like past techs have (not from the same place). I have seen a lot of nails and reviews on Facebook on their page but this is my experience.. I would not go there again..
