I hate talking bad on a business but this was just so disappointing to me. I went in for my wedding…read morenails and had a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. This is nowhere close and also is just outright ugly with no skill set behind it. She gave me too wide of tips, no shaping, too long and some were crooked. I tried asking her to fix the first mistake I saw but she did nothing about it and that's when I knew this was going to go poorly. Prior I tried making an appt so they would know it's for a special event and they said don't worry about it, everyone here is good.. I chopped it all off and went somewhere more professional to redo it.
