I really hate to leave a poor review on a local small business and I went back in hopeful that we could work something out. However it was a disappointing experience. The manicure was sloppy -- polish on my skin, uneven and messy cuticles, thick and lumpy application, and nails filed into inconsistent shapes. For the price, I expected professional work, but this looked rushed and careless. When I went back to ask for a refund or a free manicure with another technician next time, they refused unless I sat through removal first, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I explained I had no time. Between the poor quality and the lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this salon at all. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating situation and I won't be back. read more

Wonderful professional service! Very clean with talented nail techs. I have problem toenails and they make me look amazing! Love the patient and kind staff! It also just so happens that I was present when Pat S. came in and was unhappy with her manicure. The staff was very kind and professional, and offered her a refund and did ask to remove or to fix her nails. She took the money and left. I gave it a one star but only because it made me choose a star....I would have given zero. I have been here a few other times and I really never had any issues. That is, until today. Came in for my afternoon appointment and immediately noticed toys EVERYWHERE. A kid was just chilling in the middle of the floor with their toys strewn about. I try to let that slide because I get it...kids...am I right? Then I sit down and notice something on the floor amongst the toys. A HALF PEELED CHICKEN NUGGET. Then I see the fries on the floor when I get in the pedicure chair. No one is saying anything. No one is asking the child to clean up. They just leave it. I am appalled by this. I called in the morning to make an appointment for six people to get a pedicure they guaranteed me that they would be able to accommodate us at 2:30 and we went at 2:30 and they were not even able to accommodate two of us, they said they were sorry but if we wanted to wait they could do one at a time even though they guaranteed six of us would be able to be done. read more

I have been a loyal customer to this place since they have opened! recently this place has gone under new management and it is absolutely horrible. the new owner Ali is rude and the workers don't know what they're doing. the prices have increased drastically for low quality. ridiculous! the store is always dirty and no place for waiting customers to sit. i will be finding a new salon to go to. do NOT go here. read more

First and foremost this place sucks!!!!!! I am guessing the new owner will run this place in the ground quick! Went in to get eyebrow wax and lip wax, the lady that sits at station next to where you pay is VERY unprofessional,she pointed me to a room in the back, directed me like a dog! To a room that was filled with filth, dirty beds , dirty towels where you place your head!!!! She was very rude very aggressive and talked to me like crap!!!! And to top it all off she charged me $38.00 for a wax!!!! I would never ever recommend this place and for the other Nail Salons that are affiliated with this hell hole your name will be not far from a bad reputation because of the new owner named Ally!!!! One star for friendliness if not I would put zero I came Tuesday of this week I wanted a simple gel nail polish no acrylic nothing just gel nail polish. It was 30 dollars for the polish my nails are awful I do not recommend this place and will tell people not to even bother. Horrible paint job the clear coat for the gel nail polish was not on my full nail and messed it up I asked to cut my nails my real nails shorter didnt do it 3 broke. And the nail polish looks like it's been on for 2 weeks and need to redone it's only been 5 days I gave her 10 dollars as i do to ever person because i know we all have a living but I didnt notice till after leaving so In total with cost and tip it was 40 wish I never wasted thought 35-45 mins and my money. read more

Was very disappointed with the service I received. Went in for a mani/pedi and was there for 3 hrs. Lady that was doing my pedicure got up 3 different times and helped others that came in after me for eyebrow wax and a young girl that wanted her nails painted. When I went to do manicure, she had me place my nails in acetone for over 30 minutes while she did another pedicure. Very poor professionalism and there were knats flying around. I've been to this nail salon about 5 times now, I drive out of town just to come here because I've always heard good things and for the most part every other time I've went it's been a pretty good experience. This time was a disappointment. I arrived at the salon around 4:30pm, they were somewhat busy but I only had about a 5 minute wait. I don't know anyone's name there but I was told to go to a certain table and **** would help me (sorry, once again, I don't know names) when I walked over to the table, I wasn't even greeted, I was actually ignored for a good 2 minutes before she even looked at me (she was putting away her supplies from the previous person) then I had to say something first. I just said, hello and showed her the idea I had in mind. I told her I wanted acrylic and she told me she was going to do gel after she looked at the picture, I'm not sure if she didn't understand me or what but when I looked at her, she said "it will only be $45 for everything" and I'm guessing that's a good price so I just went with it. From the very beginning she was rushing me, she actually cut me in the process (I inserted a picture) but I'm a pretty laid back person so I was just going with it. As I was getting my nails done, another girl walked in, I guess she had made an appointment with the person who was doing my nails, well about 5 minutes go by and even though she's not even close to being done she told me to go wash my hands and go sit in another chair so she could help this other person, I felt extremely disrespected because I understand she had an appointment but I was obviously there first. After I got done washing my hands, I was then helped by another person who was very friendly and sweet but you could tell she wasn't comfortable helping me (I think she only does pedicures 99% of the time) the poor girl seemed just as confused as I was. The point is, I walked out of the salon with nails on but they're sloppy and I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. Not to mention, I wouldn't even be writing a review if it wasn't for the attitude from the beginning. I understand working 6 days a week doing the same thing over again probably isn't the best job in the world but wow..learn to fake a smile. I will be going back to my previous nail salon from now on. read more
