I have a 2022 TRX and I came to them to get a pain protection film on, repair a scratch, and paint…read morecorrection. All in all they charged me 10,500 dollars for these services. After having my vehicle for about a week I went to pick it up and was amazed at first at the way it looked. I noted some of the film was starting to peal up right away and i was assured that if it didn't seat right, then I could bring it back in and they would fix it. I agreed and drove it home. once I got home I started inspecting the quality of work in the sun. On almost every panel of the vehicle, there was some debris under the film. Then upon further inspecting, I could see that they hadn't fixed the scratch or the transfer paint from another vehicle along the bed. this told me that there was no paint correction done. And on top of that the film was not cut the way it should have been and was already coming off the edges. I was extremely unhappy. I immediately contacted them and let them know that I expected a premium product for the premium price that I paid. So they let me reschedule to come back in so they could make this wrong right. they had my vehicle for two more weeks and then called to let me know that the installer had quit and offered me a refund. I said yes to the refund and they told me it would be three weeks. Three weeks has now turned into three months and I have only received 40% of my refund back. I suspect because i threatened to give bad reviews, contact the better business bureau, etc. I am fed up at this point and will be hiring lawyer. I was kind, and patient as they seemed to be doing everything in their power to make things right. And I respected that. But now the gloves are coming off and they will pay for more than the refund. they will pay for the court fees and the interest accrued for the loan that I took out. They seem like nice people, but apparently looks are deceiving. I would not trust this business if I were you. if your a happy customer then all is good. But if in the end you are not happy with your serves, they will stiff you. This is not the way to do business and no one should be treated like this.
