I started going to Envision for some physiotherapy. Pros: - Gloria is very knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I've been learning a lot, hopefully will help with my issues. - she sends an email after the session about all the tips and exercises to do to help relieve the issues - so no need to take notes during the session (though apparently this is only for 1 hour sessions, as I didn't receive anything for 30 min sessions) - very friendly and full of smiles - there are 4 free parking spaces underneath (though I was not aware of this the first time I went, so wished they indicated that on their website) - uses Booking by Jane for efficient online booking - Gloria is now my regular physiotherapist Cons: - the place is an older building. - not sure if the use/share one props/material but the therapist had to leave to room every time she needed something (like 5 times) - if you don't bring or come wearing shorts, the shorts given to wear looked a bit old - since I was the last client, they seemed like they were in a rush. The receptionist even told me that they wanted to bump me up 30 min so they could leave early. - If you're the last patient, they'll ask you to pay first as the receptionist wants to go home first. read more

I have been seeing Tracey Barber, who now works at Envision, for about a year. She is a fantastic physiotherapist. She listens carefully, is extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. My case is somewhat complex, and many practitioners have not been able to help me. But Tracey was familiar with what I was experiencing, and has been instrumental in my recovery. I've bounced around between various physiotherapists for years. No one could really get to the root of my chronic pain or help it. Harry at Envision is as good as they come. He's patient, thoughtful, and methodical. Always explains what he's doing and why - which I like! We have slowly worked through my "issues" and I can truly say that I have never felt better.
