Envirowash replaced about 25 deck boards on the floor of my deck. After 6-7 months, the boards shrank. After I contacted them about the problem Curtis, the supervisor, and James, the owner, came to see it. They both said there is nothing they can do about it and offered different reasons for the cause. I could not accept any of their excuses and felt I was getting the run around. Photos included. I called Envirowash on a Thursday morning to make an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote for cleaning the roof and washing the house. I was told that Michael would be in touch. No call that day. No call Friday. On Monday after 6:00pm, I receive a call from Michael H. in Petersburg, someone I don't know, so I let it go to voicemail. It turns out to be Michael from Envirowash. I'm out of town having dinner with family at the time, so I return his call the next afternoon after I return home. He is in his truck, doesn't have his calendar, but will call as soon as he returns to his office. Three days later, on Friday at 6:00pm, he calls and offers to come by "right now". By this time, I have signed a contract with another company and I tell him so. His response was to invite me to call Envirowash next time I need work done. read more

A friend recommended that we use Envirowash and based on how great their house looked, we had to get a quote. The staff and sales team were quick to respond and very courteous. All details and processes were throughly explained when speaking with their sales associate. When we received our quote, we were shocked at the affordability and immediately scheduled a cleaning of our entire house, decks and patios. We were notified by text before the work team arrived. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional. Specifics and details of the project were clarified before the job was started. I had to leave before the job was finished but was completely blown away by the results. This is the best my house has looked since I have lived in it!! The stone and wood patios have been completley restored. Do yourself a favor and get Envirowash to come take care of any projects you have been thinking about. You will not regret it! read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! On April 4, 2019, I entered into a contract to have Envirowash power wash the house and ready the deck for staining. Said job was to occur May 15 first thing in the morning. Said job was scheduled and confirmed for 8-9 on May 15, 2019. At 9:00 no one had called or showed up to begin the job. I called the office and was told someone would call me back. I waited an hour and called the office again. I was first told the scheduler was in a meeting. I asked to hold. Another employee answered and told me the scheduler had an emergency and was out of the office. After bantering for a bit at 10:00, I was then told that Ryan, who was in the field, would have to call me back. Guess what? No one called back! read more

Just overall not a good experience. Envirowash pressure cleaned and sealed my driveway, stone patio and walkways in July of 2017. Immediately, there were issues: paint damage to garage doors, mortar blasted away during the power washing, driveway remained dirty in areas, and the sealant didn't take consistently to the driveway. They eventually repainted the garage doors after some debate, I had to make repeated calls to ensure they wouldn't seal a dirty driveway, and I repaired the mortar because it was likely weakened over time (but letting a homeowner know and not just sealing over missing mortar between stones would be more professional). But the sealant remains an ongoing issue -- almost a year later. They made one attempt to fix the sealant but it looks worse. In early April, James has assured me they'd make it right. I'm fully aware of weather delays but I'm clearly not a priority. It's now almost a year later and my driveway still looks consistently half wet. I assume they'd rather take care of new work than warranty work, pushing me further down the list. Of the 4 estimates I received, they were the second highest but had some of the more positive reviews. Maybe I just had an unusually bad experience but I'd still choose another company and save yourself the frustration. Personally, I'll never use Envirowash again. Just subpar work -- and you'll find yourself chasing them if there are issues rather than their staff proactively following up with you. read more

Our experience with Envirowash was very poor. We were assured that our plants and shrubs would be protected during our hardscape cleaning process. Further, our outdoor fireplace, grilling station, refrigerator and pool would be fully protected. No such protective measures were employed until I insisted work stop and protections be put in place. We relied on these representations that protections would be used in making the decision to contract with Envirowash at a price double what we had paid before. Luckily I was home when the crew arrived and was able to stop the work around our pool before further damage was done by all of the debris flowing into the pool. I sent pictures to the salesman showing all of the dirt and grit in the pool. Sheets of plastic were brought in to protect the pool but when the plastic was removed all of the debris went right into the pool. Since the job was not done, the Envirowash solution to prevent further damage was to have a man stand next his partner with a sheet of plywood to try and prevent further damage. It took my wife and I 5 days of pool cleaning to remove the debris. Our pool pump, which is new is now sending malfunction alarms. Based on our experience I highly recommend considering a vendor other than Envirowash. Whatever company is selected, monitor their work to make sure precautions are taken to protect your hardscape. read more

Last year, I went on an extensive search to find the best company to pressure wash my beautiful all white brick 5000 square feet home based on the following factors: Reliability, quality workmanship, integrity, and customer service. Based on reviewing customer feedback and talking with your Operations Account Manager, Betty Beard, I thought I made the best decision by selecting Envirowash. They were given several tasks, which included gutter cleaning, pressure washing the home and driveway, and rust removal. Unfortunately, during the process, permanent stains were caused on my home. At the time, Betty and I mutually agreed that these stains were not visually appealing. Numerous trips were made back to my home to try to correct these stains after the initial pressure washing and application of chemicals by their company. Ultimately, after realizing their predicament, they provided alternate reasoning for the nature of these stains and left without ever resolving the issue. At that time, Betty promised a complimentary driveway cleaning with no imposed time limitation likely as a means to provide closure to the damage they caused to my home. Briefly after their service, I consulted several licensed pressure washing companies concerning the cause of the permanent stains on the side of the house as a result of the chemicals used by Envirowash. Unfortunately, I invested more time and money and documented the guidance of a company well respected in our area as they applied another chemical over the stains. This noticeably improved (but did not completely remove) its visual appearance. I contacted Betty a couple weeks ago requesting the complimentary driveway cleaning from last year's service. Well, her story has now changed as she falsely states that the driveway was washed down numerous times which never occurred either before or after she agreed to this complimentary service. At that stage, I reached my limit, and directly contacted their company president, James Herbert, and forwarded all the factual documentation that showed the permanent damage and false promises so as to bring awareness of the actions from the people who claim to represent the best interests of their company. I am extremely disappointed by the reliability, quality workmanship, customer service, and most importantly, integrity, of their company. Despite the permanent stains caused by their company to my home, I opted against taking legal action and instead invested my own vice their company time and money to continue trying to resolve these issues. Hence, rather than continuing to ask for a minor driveway cleaning service after all the money I've already provided to their company, I thought it made more sense to publicize my experience so that others can benefit from my experience. When a company performs a service and it executes successfully, then everything is good. However, when it does not execute successfully, a company should ATLEAST stand behind a promised complimentary service as a means to rectify their mistakes. In this light, I strongly encourage anyone looking for a pressure washing company to look elsewhere. read more

They don't do what they promise to do. Mediocre company. They left the 1/4 of the house unwashed, their bleach killed one lilac tree, and damaged the sod. Do not do business with this company, their owner does not even bother to respond to email, if you're to criticise them. read more

Do not recommend them for any powerwashing. They blasted all the polymeric sand from my pavers and then refused to replace it. They sent me a $6000 quote to replace it. Very poor job and dishonest!!! Beware!!! read more

We requested a quote online to have our deck sealed. The company was quick to send a quote. Called to confirm appointment and to find an approximate time they would arrive to do the work. They are now claiming we did NOT ask to have the concrete sealed even though we have an email stating it was part of the quote. Not a happy customer!!! read more
