The company I worked for (Wilson Const.) was terrible, maybe because they took direction from PG&E. PG&E had to have meetings every day to sort out the chaos. Jobs were cancelled regularly for lack of permits, overscheduling, etc. I now have first hand experience seeing why PG&E charges so much for utilities. From what I saw, PG&E is over staffed with people who are ineffective at doing their job. This is likely 1 major reason why we pay so much as consumers.
