I needed someone quickly so we could at least set up the kitchen & bathrooms when the moving truck came but I got busy so I wasn't paying attention to the work which is my fault. I find people get more work done if u stay out of their way but that didn't work here. I think if I would have managed & checked the work as she did it - the outcome maybe could have been better. She said she could fit us in for 4 hours worth of work for $160. I thought that would get the kitchen done & a bathroom since they were not that dirty. I gave her a few things that were the most important assuming she would do them first but they didn't get done or she just didn't do a very good job. I needed the refrigerator cleaned out & at least the toilet seats cleaned but she didn't get to the toilet seats. In fact when she was done I asked her about it & she said she didn't get to them. I asked her if she could at least run a towel over them with cleaner because I didn't have anything to wipe them down yet & we needed to use them & she told me No! She was late to pick her kid up. That was shocking! So when we got ready to unpack the kitchen it wasn't done. She had said she saw mouse droppings & we should call someone out but I had seen her vacuuming the top of the cubbards so I thought she had cleaned it up but no - there was droppings in the cubbard so i don't know if she missed them or left them because she didn't want to clean it. This meant we had to re-vacuum everything. It looks like she cleaned some shelves in the fridge but didn't do the walls or the bottoms so we had to take it all apart & redo that as well. She did do the floors. I assumed she had finished - we didn't really need the floors done since we were moving furniture in & they just got dirty anyways. So I ended up costing my mom $ and she had to redo the work. She also didn't have receipts on her but said she could email me. I asked her to just write one out but she wouldn't. She was so nice when she got there but I just thought maybe she was tired from the work but she wasn't as kind at the end. Maybe she was having a bad day? She does have a great review on here which is why I hired her & I only used her this one day so I'm not sure what happened but I won't use her again. I've been pretty upset about the whole thing so I waited over a week to write a review. But again I just gave her a few things I needed done & I didn't watch to make sure she was getting the priority items done & if I had managed her work or watched to see what was going on I would think it would have gotten done so that was a bad decision on my part. I'm finding when u hire people here to do work it goes better if u can be there to manage the project. We don't need to do that in CA. It's just a little different here - there isn't the oversight & licensing CA has so it takes some getting use to when you hire people here to do things.

The result did not justify the expense. (Cc) Contacting you directly before leaving a disappointed felt cheated review of the cleaning service I had lately. Specific things: Stsirs to be vacuumed-said they did but I could not see a difference and found a small spider and a fly both in a web in the corner of the lowest stairs. Paid extra to have the refrigerator cleaned. And after -not only were refrigerated items not back in place (fruits in the clearly labeled and temperature controlled drawers were switched for vegetables, the bottom freezer drawer was not addressed, the seals had visible stuff still in them that a quick wipe would have addressed, and I found a couple of science projects not checked & removed. These are basic expectations to a refrigerator cleaning. There was to be one appliance included in each visit(refrigerator was an extra charge) kitchen range with a double oven was to be part of the normal clean... the front of the range looked like they missed the step of wiping off the cleaning solution to restore the shine to the metal as did the refrigerator handles. It was clearly discussed during the on site estimate they the cabinet faces and doors were to be wiped clean every time. If they did that It was obvious they did not have an eye for detail. The same result when it came to lights , baseboards & inside windows & sills. Which were part of the specific assignments for the day. I have a 3000 daft house so asked them for my (3) hr cleaning (I though she'd told me three cleaners but there were two) I asked them to address the items mentioned already plus two bathrooms. And include vacuuming the stairs to and the basement family room. Ignoring by request the rest of the downstairs (except for a quick suffering of family room & 1st guest room shelves. Family room shelves were not dusted and was too disappointed at this phase of my walk through after to even look at the guest room. It is hard to write a perfect & detailed review. I heard them laughing and talking while they worked seemed like a happy team. They were both friendly and polite. But for $350? The results do not matchup. I only called White Glove Cleaning because they were recommended to me by my /air duct cleaning service that I have and will continue to ask back. I work at home and was in my office.while they worked -keeping my small dogs in the room with me and out of their way. My work takes much mental focus and the cleaning team did not seem to respect that either. Not helpful. Will clean for myself or use another service when I get brave enough to hire help in the future.
