I chose the deep clean option, which was a little more expensive, but well worth it. My apartment really needed it. I also added on the tile and grout option for the bathrooms as well. Overall, everything was fairly affordable. She has options for biweekly and monthly cleaning as well but I just went with the one-time option. She was timely and worked hard. I do have a cat so it's like a full-time job keeping up with all that cat hair, but Alicia tackled it with gusto. It was so nice to come home to a good smelling and clean apartment.

UPDATE: It's now been 2 months and I still don't have the refund for the unauthorized payments…read moreAlicia took for herself from my credit card... she claimed she already refunded them. Now definitely a 1 star, if I could give zero I would. I don't have time nor extra money for this kind of pain. Alicia did a big cleaning job for me, including appliances, in a post-eviction rental property. At first I thought it was a very fair price. She was responsive and even came back to take care of some details she missed. I would have given her at least 4 stars had she not over charged a total of $750 on my credit card and eventually ghosted me. This came in 3 different payments in the week after I paid what we agreed upon. I don't remember giving permission to save my credit card info on the payment platform and I certainly didn't agree to any recurring auto payments. She was responsive at first and refunded the first $300, but basically disappeared after that. After trying to get in touch with her multiple times over about a week, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and weeks later it is still pending. I definitely do not recommend hiring her if you don't want to deal with this kind of shady business.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Blanca and her team. Appointments were…read morefrequently rescheduled, and it often felt like I was being fit into last-minute canceled appointments rather than receiving reliable scheduling. Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.

I found trash behind one of the doors in a bedroom, so apparently the vacuum couldn't reach there (or, more likely, they just didn't bother closing the doors when they vacuumed). Said they'd clean the windows, but there was flypaper left by the previous owners stuck to the kitchen windows. If they had bothered opening the blinds, they would have noticed. Kitchen cabinets still had piles of crumbs, gunk, and food debris inside. Bathroom cabinets had dust build-up, hairs, etc. And they took things left by the previous owner without mentioning it to me--some nice, lightly used toiletries in the medicine cabinet. I didn't expect a deep clean because they were the cheapest service I found. I expected a decent surface clean at best, but they didn't even do that. I absolutely do not recommend.
