I had emailed a few companies but I hadn't heard back from them and was on a timeline. After searching on google one evening, I found the EZ Junk website and used their live chat function and had my questions answered. When it came down to booking a rental bin, Dayne (who I was talking to on the live chat) called me right away and completed the booking. Delivery was scheduled a few days later and was delivered during the time range given. Appreciated the quick response time as my texts were responded to very quickly. I also appreciated that their website was clear and easy to read, specifically what items were accepted and what items weren't. One thing that I was worried about with other companies was whether a rental bin could fit in the driveway as other companies had said on their website that there was a requirement to leave 20-50 feet of extra space in addition to the bin size for their truck to put the bin in place. EZ Junk has a hook-lift truck so they can maneuver the bins easily without the need for a lot of extra space. I highly recommend EZ Junk for your junk removal needs!

They arrived on time but only brought two dollies with them. It would have taken at least 30 trips down 17 floors to remove everything. I told them to come back the next day with proper tools to do the job. The next day they brought a bin with them but it was too large for the elevator. Back to the shop in Coquitlam for a smaller bin. Even with all of the inconvenience to me, they still charged full price of over $600. The guys were polite and all, but this company has to provide them with the tools to do the job efficiently.

They did not want to offer any quote prior to coming over for the appointment because they said, they have to see exactly the quantity of the items. Unfortunately, my family agreed. When they got there (I was there), they quoted that a full load on a 15footer truck is Can$597.00 and for the garbage, it is only a third of the full price. We immediately thought it was very steep since it only cost us Can$450 on the regular mover who did an excellent job. Since we were running out of time, we agreed to it. They said that the furnitures have to be done first so they can donate them to Goodwill. After being gone for about one hour, they came back with the same load saying they cannot donate to goodwill. BTW, the furnitures were in excellent condition and I have pictures to prove it. Now, because they came back, they want the same furniture load counted as a separate load making the total cost for disposal of both the furnitures and some other junk to Can$1,393.00. Ridiculous, right? We were getting ready to just have them unload the furnitures from their truck and do them ourselves. Finally, they agreed to Can$820.00.
