Anna responded right away and was eager, had a can do attitude and was happy to come clean although she lives in Spokane. She doesn't charge extra to drive out and cleans like I would. Thorough! I often add a travel trailer and neighbor cabin to the schedule when she comes out and she has worked 8+ hours on occasion to get them all cleaned for us when we have guests arriving last minute. We have used other cleaners but have not been nearly as satisfied. I also really love the products she uses, and the house smells great. Even our dog sitter noticed how spotless the house was! We have three dogs and once she comes through, you would never know that a dog lived in our house. Prior to starting she came to our home and knew what we were most picky about prior to coming in and cleaning. She has definitely made sure to pay extra attention to those areas. She's super personable and friendly, I definitely trust her in our home. I will say that she can be expensive in comparison to other cleaners, only because she takes longer as she is very thorough. However, as I said, the other cleaners did not do even as remotely as good of a job, so she's definitely worth the money!
