I have fallen asleep at almost every appointment. She is VERY good. 2000% awesome. It's been a bit over a year and I swear by her lash work. I guess the only "downside" is that she's ALWAYS booked. So if you're a person who travels, works within a very tight schedule, have a backup. She's booked solid and you won't be able to get another appointment until weeks later. But she is well worth the wait. My lashes last me a month and her "fans" are full and beautifully applied. Her work is super Profesional and solid! I take care of them like they're little infants glued to my face, but I can usually go 2-3 weeks between fills without feeling patchy at all. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

I have incredibly thick, long and heavy lashes, but…read moreunfortunately they aren't as lifted as I'd like and can sometimes make my eyelids feel heavy. I've gotten several lash lifts in the past, both from small salons, and well-known lash and eyebrow studios in Miami. Usually, the effect has been minimal at best and often didn't work at all, but this experience beat them ALL. Agustina made me look like I'm wearing eyelash extensions, at a fraction of the cost, time and effort. Not only was the result so much better, but unlike the usual experience where I'm counting the seconds until the procedure is over, the vibe in Agustina's space is relaxing and enjoyable. I was actually relaxed! I will now become her best client as I will never ever go elsewhere.

Atenea is super friendly and kind and really takes her time to understand your eyebrows and how they fit your face and eyes. Booking an appointment was super easy and fast by following the directions on her Instagram. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she was ready for me right on time. Her room is super clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. She took the time to ask me how I like my eyebrows and then started to first map them out using some sort of nude pencil, then the magic started. I walked out of there feeling amazing. This was 6 years ago and I still keep coming back to her. I recently even tried a brow lamination and what a DIFFERENCE it makes. I really like Atenea, she is truly a professional and super passionate about her job. I highly recommend her for anything to do with eyebrows. I live in Seattle now, and every time I fly to Miami (4-6 times a year) I go to do my eyebrows with her. I refuse to let anyone else touch them. Check out her Instagram, you will see the quality of her work.

I found Naty via a post I did looking for a MUA on a women's group. Tbh, I've dealt with my fair…read moreshare of flakey MUA so I was completely blown away when she showed up ON TIME. No but seriously, not only is she ridiculously talented; she's a professional through & through. I hired her at the last minute back in April for a music festival (the thought of doing mine &my sister's makeup for day 2 was more than I could bear) & she took my ideas/suggestions & totally ran with it. Naturally I booked her right after that for the iii points festival in October. I wanted her for both days b/c eff that, it was so much easier to just sit back & let her take care of us. Plus, let's be honest: lugging ALL your makeup on staycay is a pain in the ass. Cut to a few weeks ago: the forecast for the entire weekend of iii points was scattered thunderstorms &, as luck would have it, they decided to do the festival outside this year: F U N, right ?!! I was so worried that our hair & makeup was gonna get destroyed. There was ONE single stage that was actually "indoors" so we had some kind of cover. Halfway thru the 1st nite, it started pouring & we were alll the way on the other side of the festival ... aka far away from the one covered area. We put on these flimsy, cheap ass ponchos we brought with us & ran. I literally had rain running down my face & I was getting soaked thru the damn poncho. In my head, I was imagining my face streaked with makeup. Once we were out of the rain I asked my sister for a hair & makeup update: she was like 'you look pristine, not a hair or eyelash out of place'. BRO. My hair & makeup did not budge THE.ENTIRE.NITE.!!!!! We got back to the telly at 4am & I looked just as good as when we left at 8pm. I love supporting local entrepreneurs & especially young ones that are carving out a name for themselves. What makes Naty so special (besides her raw talent) is that she's poised, patient, precise, creative, & professional. She listens to you, but makes gentle suggestions to steer you in the right creative direction. I have loved collaborating with her on our looks & she never disappoints.
