It was difficult to choose a detailing shop since it seemed like all the shops offered the same product. So I narrowed my search down to quality service and Envious seemed to check all the marks. I spoke with Eric and he was real easy to work with. This was my first time getting PPF so I knew very little and asked many questions, but Eric answered all of them clearly. He set the expectations, explained the different packages, costs, time frame, work involved, all of it. We came to an agreement and by that time, I knew exactly what I was paying for. I have to say the cost was high for a 2021 Miata, but like I said, all expenses and services were explained clearly so I made a conscious and confident decision. When I got the car back, I couldn't tell that there was PPF on the car since it was wrapped around & over the edge of the panels. Everything fit snug, there were no bad cuts anywhere, and the ceramic coating made the color really pop. This review is long overdue, but I can't speak highly enough of Eric and Envious Detailing holistically. I recently had Suntek PPF Ultra installed on my IS 350 F-Sport by Envious Detailing, and the finished result is of the utmost quality. I had done an exasperating amount of research into the process of PPF and knew that installation was pivotal. I went to multiple installers in the Southern California area but decided to go with Envious Detailing because of the praise, quality of work, and more importantly, how helpful Eric was in answering all of my questions. I'm almost sure I was one of Eric's pickiest customers; I had plenty of annoying questions regarding the process, what to expect, and how he installs Suntek PPF Ultra. Eric answered each of my questions patiently and transparently. My particular vehicle has very finicky, soft, black paint; typical of Lexus and I had lowered my expectations of how perfect of a PPF install could be achieved. I'm incredibly nitpicky with even the most minute of details, but Eric performed the highest quality PPF install I have seen. He exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond to make sure the finished result was the pinnacle of PPF installation; he spent a lot of time and didn't mind me dropping in to check in on the process. There are plenty of PPF installers in the area, but I've met with most of them, and Eric was the one I felt most comfortable with performing the installation. Wow! I'm absolutely blown away at the work that was done on my M4. I decided that I wanted to protect my investment and get a new car prep package that included full front PPF, ceramic coating, wheel coating, and window tint. After doing a good amount of research on the best detailing options in Orange County, Envious seemed to have the best reputation by a pretty wide margin. I submitted a request through their website for more info and they got back to me immediately to go over options and pricing. When I brought my car in they were able to give me a ton of information on the different services they offer and how it will protect/enhance the car, allowing me to make a more educated decision. It took them less than a week to complete the work and they kept me updated the entire time. I had my brand new 2018 m4 front wrapped in suntek PPF ultra by Eric at envious detailing after searching through forums for the best place for the job. If you are looking the best installer in socal, look no more. You found him. The amount of effort and time he puts into making sure that the wrap is flawless is next to none. Eric was very straight forward with the entire process and cost. He even wrapped my cf splitters that needed custom work as there was no precut film for it. Dropped off my car at 6am and picked it up at 4pm. After going over the car with me when I picked it up, he explained that if there was anything wrong with the film to give him a call and if needed he will take care of it. Took me a good month before my car arrived stateside to determine what shop I wanted to take my 2019 M2 Competition for a full frontal clear bra install. Did a ton of research before hand as I wanted to take my vehicle in to a reputable shop that has experience. Installing a clear bra is like artwork so you definitely need to do your homework if you want good quality installation. Also, I did not want to take my car into a very big shop with large number of employees. In my opinion the more employees the harder it is to keep track of quality. I got the track package for my BMW M2 Competition. It includes full front (fenders, bumper, headlights, etc), side skirts, partial rear bumper, Eric even replaced the original BMW clear bra on the rear sides. Eric and his team did an awesome job. Best of all he did not use a pre cut kit that usually has more seams. Eric and his team is very courteous and professional. They listen, explain everything you could possibly have a question for, and are very flexible to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied/taken care of. I recently bought a 2013 Audi s5 and I knew I had to get some type of paint protection since it'll be my daily driver. I did some research and envious detailed pop up. I looked for a reputable shop for PPF and Tint for my Tesla Model Y Performance and a full wax and interior detail of my Mercedes AMG GLE 43. Pre-Appointments: The Tesla was my first vehicle to get PPF; after much research, I realized you get what you pay for and not go cheap. Envious had one of the best reputations in Yelp and online enthusiast forums. Eric, the owner, was excellent and super attentive to scheduling and pricing options. Appointments: The staff guides you through the different options and matches your specific needs and situation, not just "top of the line" all the time. They're super articulate with answering questions so ask! Post Appointments: After having both cars serviced, I could not be happier with the results; their detailed work and rolling the edges on the PPF are outstanding, the tint was spot on perfect. I cannot believe I haven't done my review for Eric yet. I got to know Eric through a friend Justin and I'm so very glad I had because there was so much to detailing I didn't understand or known about until I met and spoken with Eric. So after discussing my concerns especially regarding the fact that I baby Laura, my BMW M4, I wanted to drive my car without having to worry about every little thing that happens. Originally I had wanted to go with XPel Ultimate, but Eric convinced me to choose SunTek PPF-C instead and since I done my research I knew Eric was correct. XPel Ultimate is harder to work with and the reason why a lot of people choose XPel Ultimate is because of the 10 year warranty. However in most cases both SunTeK PPF-C and Ultimate would yellow roughly at the same time so. I instead choose SunTek PPF-C with his recommendation and I'm very glad I did. I cannot tell I have a clear bra on when most of the time I can tell with my friend's XPel Ultimate is on his M3. A few months after, I went and got my paint corrected completely and had Modesta BC-04 applied. So far it has been very good. There was some small leftover stuff I had to get cleaned off but it isn't a huge deal since it is very hard to spot without the proper lighting and in certain angles. Actually, just now I spotted a spot that we both missed but I'm not too worried about it as I plan to have Eric maintain my coating so he'll spot it, or I'll remind him. Eric has been very much willing to work with me, especially because I am overly worried and OCD about every little detail when I notice something but he taught me certain things I didn't even know about. I had no clue my paint on my 1 year Mineral White M4 required a 3 stage correct due to some paint issues I never knew about. (It is on Envious's Detailing's Instagram.) I have been able to drive my car a bit more recently as I am not as worried, as especially because I know most bird etchings can be removed (I didn't know this before.) I cannot recommend Eric enough, his price is reasonable considering how far he is wiling to go to make your paint and car as perfect as possible. I have not heard him complain when I bring up little details I noticed either. I haven't regretted having to travel over 45 minutes from Arcadia to Orange County. Thanks Eric! I stumbled upon Envious Detailing when I was looking for a Modesta installer for my Tesla Model 3. Eric happens to be the only installer in Orange County for Modesta, and I can understand why. Modesta only works with high quality installers and ED surely is one of them. Prior to eventually choosing Envious Detailing for my coating and PPF needs, I read ad nauseam about PPF and coatings and found myself at an impasse. Even though I was still somewhat nervous about installing PPF on a white car, ultimately I decided the protection was necessary and I felt the most comfortable leaving my car with Eric. There are a lot of opinions out there about PPF (what's better, Suntek or Xpel? To wrap corners/edges or not to wrap? Custom or kit?) but in the end the single most important factor is the skill of the installer. What I appreciated about Eric's approach in answering my questions was that he was not only patient, but he kept my OCD expectations realistic when it came to the aesthetic outcome of the PPF installation. That said, the full front PPF installation (I chose Suntek Ultra over Xpel) was done just about as good as I could have expected and I am pretty pleased with the end result. If there are small bubbles or areas that have lifted that need to be trimmed, Eric is more than willing to address those issues (these issues are pretty normal). I also could not be happier with the Modesta BC-04. The car is as smooth as butter and dirt and grime just seem to fall off now. It really is remarkably hassle free. I'd also like to mention that at my request, Eric emailed me photos of the work progress while we were out of town and continuously kept me updated by email and text, which I really appreciated. We dropped off the car on a Thursday and it was ready by noon the following Monday just as he had promised. Eric's pricing certainly wasn't the cheapest, but they are reasonable for the quality of work he provides. He is not a high volume detailer that cranks out car after car. What he focuses on is quality and he treats your car like his own. I've been able to drive a little less tentatively thanks to Envious Detailing. I would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely keep them in mind for any future detailing needs. read more

After doing research online and reading reviews about automotive detailers in the Orange County area, I decided to call Eric at Envious Detailing to perform paint correction and apply protective coating on my car. After calling Eric, we decided a two step correction along with a nice coat of CQuartz Finest would be the best route to take to clean up and protect my car's paint. Perfection costs money and takes time but that's why Eric quotes at least a full day for a full paint correction. But let me tell you, it's well worth it to not have you daily driver for one day when you see just how great your paint can look when it spends 24 hours at Envious. The paint on my car has the depth of the abyss and is like glossy black glass with no sign of swirls or imperfection. People say "looks like new" when they normally get a detail but with Envious, even better. Oh and the wheels? They're clean enough to eat off of. With the protective coating, brake particles and road dust has a much tougher time sticking and causing damage. Eric (the owner) is super responsive , super friendly , gave all the information in depth and made me understand everything that was being done on the car before dropping it off. I got my full PPF done , a round of ceramic pro coating over it , wheels ceramic , windshield and mirror tints along with entire interior detailing. The job was perfect and my car looks newer than the time of my original car delivery. They did a custom install and it was perfect.
