Absolutely terrible customer service. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business…read more We drove five hours to visit Cinderella's Gowns because we were excited to shop there. Since we knew we were running a little behind, we called ahead and asked if they could wait just five more minutes, and we were led to believe that wouldn't be a problem. We made it there with only minutes to spare, but instead of being greeted or even spoken to, the employees looked directly at us, refused to open the door, and simply walked away. We waited outside, hoping someone would at least come explain the situation or apologize, but instead two employees walked out, got into their car, and drove away without saying a single word or acknowledging us. After making a five-hour trip, this was beyond disappointing. What hurt the most wasn't that they were closing--it was the complete lack of communication, professionalism, basic courtesy, and respect. A simple conversation or apology would have gone a long way. Instead, we were made to feel like we didn't matter at all. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If this is how they treat customers before they even walk through the door, I can't imagine how they treat people inside. I would never recommend this business based on the way we were treated.

There were 3 people on the register and i guess one comes out to help if you need help or comes out to watch to make sure no one is stealing . They seem to have a maze of an entrance for the exit of the store almost like a spin door but it's a door with a one way in and one way out kinda maze . I think they are more focused on anyone taking this vs the actual space the store is pretty tight for walking around.

Intrigued, I decided to venture on in to see what they were all about. When I walked in, I got way more than I ever expected. This shop is gorgeous! A beautiful boutique, I was there to shop for my boyfriend but the way the ladies clothing area was laid out, it was truly calling my name. The pieces that were hung up were all so beautiful and the highest of quality, I couldn't help but take a moment to touch a few of the fabrics just to see how they felt against my skin. There were so many different prints in dresses, skirts, coats and more. Because I wasn't there for myself, I didn't even look at the prices but whatever they were, I bet it'd be worth it. I strolled over to the accessories and men's section and wasn't disappointed. Their walls were lined with some lovely pieces of jewelry, wallets, bags and more for anyone looking for gifts for others or themselves. The men's collection was much smaller than the ladies, but still some great variety. There were a number of 2-piece matching sets, t-shirts, tanks, and more for the guys in a variety of prints and options, super cute stuff! I ended up purchasing a t-shirt that my partner loved for a great price and already have plans to return to do a little shopping for myself. The team onsite was incredibly helpful, kind and we even took some time to chat about Vivo and the pieces they showcase. Truly a wonderful boutique that's worth checking out!
