She did still give me lip when there was a mix-up due to another nearby location telling me inaccurate info about a discount. My equipment was initially booked at the 16th ave location, who did not have stock, so they left a message saying Westdale would honor a $50 discount. Westdale did not honor this. Not only was there no discount, but the price quoted in store was different to the price quoted online (more than double). I was renting a car carrier trailer. I had correctly typed in my start and end locations online, so I'm not sure why that happened. Another frustrating thing is.... when you spend the time online selecting options for insurance, pick-up and drop-off locations etc. why do the staff need to prompt you again for the exact same information in-person? It's existentially frustrating and a waste of time.
