And my favorite part: the sign indicating that "Excessive pet hair in your rental will incur additional cleaning fees." Apparently they are the only Thrifty location with that sign, ha! Would have hated to be the one to clean the car that made that sign necessary.

The cost of this 1 week rental was almost $800.00, you would expect a great condition clean vehicle especially with a week advanced rental notice. My experience was horrible!! Upon pickup of the vehicle during inspection it stunk of mildew and cigarettes and was filthy inside. We requested it to be cleaned again, 30 or so minutes later it was like nothing had been done. It still smelled and had sticky spills and dirt everywhere, even fast food containers we found after the 2nd cleaning. Due to time constraints i was forced to take it. After 2hrs of my own time cleaning the vehicle, it was in satisfactory interior condition. The vehicle also shook heavily on the highway. Upon returning the vehicle I called Thrifty corporate with my dissatisfaction, only to be told they don't guarantee clean vehicles, just that if you break down they will help you. Their way to brush me off was a $50 credit off my next rental( like that would happen) or $25 cash value. Had this not be a time sensitive situation there is NO way that I would have taken possession of the vehicle for rental. I will never use this company again!

It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back. These reviews speak for themselves, and I'd recommend anyone that needs work done to check with Jasmin first! The enterprise rental office is in the same building and makes it obscenely easy to do everything at the same place.
